Actually, this theory had already been put forth in other Planes, but it was more broadly stated, positing that the origin of all matter in the universe is energy particles.
This theory was also the reason for the subsequent change in human cultivation methods; later, many who cultivated to the Divine Level chose to turn their bodies into energy, applying this theory to a certain extent in practice.
Although the essential composition is energy particles, if a person's body were to be completely broken down into particles, it would mean true death.
