"Brother Jincheng!"
As soon as she got off the plane and saw Jiang Jincheng, Ruanruan was so excited she practically bounced around. Unable to contain her emotions, she ran straight over and hugged him—clinging to him, no less.
Jiang Jincheng was just as thrilled. He wrapped his hands around Ruanruan's legs to keep her from sliding down, their foreheads briefly touching. Considering the crowded surroundings, Ruanruan quickly got down from him.
"Was the flight tiring?"
Jiang Jincheng's voice was indulgent as he gently ruffled her hair.
"Not at all. I missed you, Brother!"
That last sentence was whispered softly into his ear. Jiang Jincheng's grin was so wide he couldn't suppress it; if it weren't for the crowd, he might have kissed her right then and there.
"Mm, I missed you too. The hotel is ready; let's head over first."
