~Jonin ( has at least a certain level of proficiency in all fields. Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, fuinjutsu.... and some A rank justu )
~Elite jonin ( has a high proficiency in all fields, multiple A rank jutsus and an S rank justu )
~low-level Kage ( has a very high proficiency in all fields, has a very rich fighting experience, and possesses some S rank jutsus or a kekkei genkai )
~Mid-level Kage ( has a very high mastery over the five basic elements, or specializes in one of the higher elements; space, time, yin, yang... or mastered a kekkei genkai to the highest degeree )
~High-level Kage ( perfected a special jutsu or the field that he specializes in, or mastered a kekkei tota )
~transcendent-level Kage ( can overpower high-level kage easily, god of shinobi level: Hashirama Senju, Madara Uchiha(valley of the end), most probably has a bloodline limit )
~Half step six-paths level ( Nagato, Obito with rinnegan, edo tensei Madara, otsutsuki tonery in tenseigan chakra-mode)
~Six-paths level ( able to manifest truth seeking orbs, has perfect mastery over the 7 initial elements: Fire, Water, Lightning, Earth, Wind, yin and yang )
~Kekkei mōra ( perfect mastery over every element, has a planet's worth of chakra, possesses a rinne-sharingan with 9 tomoe )
