While I sorted through the rest of my mail Andie composed an email requesting a shipment of a thousand packs of those little pink pills and sent it to her dad.
Receiving a conformation from him in less then ten minutes.Stating that a shipment of eighty four thousand pheromone/ symptom reduction capsules will be shipped out on Monday at eight AM. Excepted arrival time Wednesday between eight and sixteen hundred.
Which honestly made my head spin just thinking about eighty four thousand pills being shipped out that fast. But Andie assured me that the process was simple and the order was tiny compared what is usually ran through the automated system that her dad has at Hunt Pharmaceuticals.
So with our work done I patted Andie's thigh prompting her to stand up.Grabbed the RSVP's off the desk and headed down the hallway to drop them off at Mrs.Benson's office.
Then we headed on upstairs excitedly stepping into the family dining room. Just as mom was setting a baking dish filled with her creamy tuscan chicken on the table beside a Caesar salad.
I took a minute to look over the spread spotting the wide buttery egg noodles and soft bread sticks two perfect foods to go with the creamy chicken. Inhaling the delicious scent wafting from the table made my mouth water. So I Ignored the dish at the end of the table with some green shit in it.
Plopped down in my seat and pulled Andie down beside me. Not at the head of the table like downstairs in the formal dining room.

I reached for the salad tongs but before I could get a firm grip on them my dad ask. " What's making you two so happy?"
I gripped the tongs, swinging my head around happily sharing the good news ." We have already started on Andie's first project to help the ladies in pack."
"Well that's certainly something to be happy about. Care to share what it's going to be?" He ask , with a grin on his face as he put a couple of bread sticks on his plate.
"Alpha Lucius developed these pill that eliminates heat symptoms in unmated females. Allowing the girls in his pack to live normal lives during their heat cycle.He's been using them in his pack for over a decade now and Andie is going to take on the responsibility of introducing them into our pack." I explained proudly, as I pilled food on mine and Andie's plate.
" Really? Oh, my goddess that's wonderful." My mom praised, looking totally shocked.
" Tell me more about these pills, will we need to get Lucius here to educated our medical team on dosage and side affects?" Dad ask Andie with a hint of curiosity in his voice .
" No sir, we all take the same dosage and there's never been any side effects or allergic reactions to them. Even in half wolves like Chloe and the half human girls in my school. They just take away the discomforting affects of the heat that we suffer and mask the scent of the pheromones. Allowing us to go about our business the same way human girls do during their menstrual cycle." Andie explanded as dad listened attentively.

Not knowing what he was talking about I frowned swinging my head around to face him and sent back.' Don't you trust Alpha Lucius and his research team? He's obviously certain that these pills are safe both of his daughters and his niece take them.'
' I trust Lucius and his research one hundred percent the pills are a great idea. But you sleeping in Andie's room every night without a mate mark on her neck or a marriage license in your hand isn't the smartest thing to do. When there's a chance of her going into heat in the middle of the night.' He sent back bobbing his head and occasionally laughing while mom told Andie about all the old fashioned remedies she's tried for heat symptoms through the years.
' Were not doing anything.' I sent back defensively .'I'm not going to touch Andie until she can feel the bond.' Which actually made his Alpha face crack and hide his laughter behind his palm.
'I know you're not, I have ears remember. But you're telling me if Andie took all her clothes off and crawled on top of you in the middle of the night smelling like a sex goddess you're going to turn her down.'
' That's not going to happen.She has thoes pills her dad just sent her a years supply.' I sent back confidentiality digging into my chicken.
He didn't send a reply to that he just turned his attention to Andie." So Andie, can you explain to me how these pills work? Do you take them at the on set of your heat symptoms or do you take them every day? So that they're already in your system and prevent the symptoms from ever manifesting." He ask, obviously to prove his point.
" You take them at the onset of your first symptoms but it only takes about ten minutes for them to start reliving the discomfort. They're made by using a natural fast dissolving capsule with no dyes or fillers.They only have a pink tint to them because of the orchid used to make them." Andie explanded pulling the card of pills from her purse to show them to my dad and explaining the dosage.
Who's voice was back in my head. 'I hope you can resist for ten minutes with Andie grinding on you. Because pregnant girls are really sensitive and get mad at the drop of a hat. Thank about it, if Andie got pissed off and flew back to Lucius crying. Do you really think he would send her right back to you. You already know that he loves her unconditionally and just like Chloe pregnant or not won't make any difference. And with her not being able to feel the bond you might not see your child until she turns eighteen.Especially since you have no legal rights as a husband and you know a paternity test is out of the question.' He voiced his concerns and I really couldn't argue with what he was saying.
Even though in my heart I don't think I would ever let anything happen between Andie and me in a fleeting moment of lust. Being safe is always better than being sorry.
Especially since Andie's already showing signs of becoming a horny teenager. And I can't say that it didn't get me excited when she looked at me with a lustful expression on her beautiful face this morning.

' I don't know, all I can tell you is my experience as a father or perhaps an Alpha. But either way it would still apply to Lucius and honestly I really doubt that he would. Because it was hard for me when your sister got married .Even though she was already an adult and living in Boston at the time she met Aaron. There was just something about her getting married that made me feel like I lost her. I know that doesn't make any sense but up until then I always had the security of knowing that I could always go get her and bring her back home. So Lucius may be okay with the way things are right now. Just by the simple fact of knowing that he can have Andie on his jet and headed back to California with in a few hours. So all I can advise you to do, since she can't feel the bond. Is to be good to her and make her fall head over heels in love with you. That way she can't stand the thought of leaving you.' He sent sincerely adding a little jab at the end 'So tell me Zack,what's it like knowing the only girl that you want isn't swooning at your feet like all the rest of them.'
' Don't be so sure about that' I sent back with an image of the heated look Andie gave me this morning.
'Oh goddess 'He groaned in my head losing his alpha face for a second as he blinked a couple times clearly trying to remove the image from his memory.
And believe me I took advantage of his moment of shock and disbelief. Sending a confident message into his mind ' I believe in a few months,probably around her actual SEVENTEENTH birthday in December. Andie will be the one begging her dad to sign the consent form for us to get married. And trust me she has him wrapped around her little finger. Which actually made his brows squeeze together for a minute before asking through the link" By the way, while we're on the subject of Andie's birthday. Why the hell did Lucius change it?'
' Do you remember telling me about how Clayton filled out Peyton's registry form. She shifted at ten years old and started her heat cycle last year at fourteen.' I hurried to send back grabbing a big slice of the chocolate cake that mom was handing out.
After explaining to dad what happened to Andie and having two helpings of chocolate cake. I was miserably full and needed to lay down to let it all digest.
Thankfully my mom turned down Andie's offer for us to clean up. Meaning Andie and I was free to go crash in front of the TV until bedtime.
And let me tell you, I didn't waste any time dragging Andie down the hallway into her room and plopping down on the bed.
Handing her the remote I murmured " Find us a movie to watch, sweetheart." then adjusted the pillow behind my head in a comfortable sleeping position. Fuck that bullshit about not sleeping with Andie. That's not going to happen. Not now, not ever.
