That wasn't even the main problem, the issue was, every time she bent over, the overly short hem would immediately risk a wardrobe malfunction!
"Bridesmaid dresses, of course!" Tara Summer said with an air of having seen it all before, replying as if it was the most natural thing in the world, "…didn't you see Minnie Sutton and Lucy wearing them too?"
She was implying that everyone had the same thing on, there was nothing that could be done about it!
The man frowned but did not insist she change. However, his large hand tugged forcefully upward at the chest of her dress, and Tara frowned back at him, somewhat helplessly.
"Liam Yancey, stop tugging; the dress is going to tear!"
"It would be just as well if it did." The man scowled, almost wishing he could dismember the person who had chosen this dress.
