Chapter 63 - Chapter 57 - Changes and Enrollment rules(No sumt)

It's a huge beast, with black stripes, lines, and greyish-white patches. Zhuqing's martial spirit had undergone a second awakening as her Hell Spirit Cat changed to Netherworld Black Tiger.

'Well, I shouldn't forget my bloodline strength, which is given by the system, and Zhuqing's previous had similar characteristics to mine. So, it's no wonder her Martial spirit second awakened' thought Old Gin and began to look at the features of her Martial spirit, and noticed a purple line on the forehead of her Netherworld Black Tiger.

'How is this possible? I never knew that a plant could evolve a person's Martial spirit,' thought Ah Yin with a shocking face after seeing Zhu Zhuqing's Martial spirit. Of course, even she managed to increase the strength of the Blue Sliver grass, or if any human's Blue Sliver grass spirit had some qualifications, she might be able to help the normal Blue Sliver grass to an emperor level.

"Ok, I have observed your Netherworld Black Tiger, and I still need to check your improved strength, but we will see it sometime later because these two don't have the patience," said Old Gin with a smirk as Zhuqing nodded her head with an enchanting smile and took back her Martial spirit and stood beside him.

"Now, our rich young miss time. For yours it won't be like Zhuqing's level, but it's going to surprise you a lot, especially your father might cry in the spot after seeing your Martial spirit after taking Immortal Herb," said Old Gin as a box flew to Ningrong's smooth hands. She eagerly opened the box and saw a beautiful flower with a sweet scent that washed over her nose.

"I will explain now, you can't be devouring this flower. You should breathe in the stamen and slowly absorb the best Immortal potency of the Beautiful Silk Tulip, and slowly circulate your spirit power and let the Immortal potency flow into your hundred bones of all four limbs," explained Old Gin, followed by Ningrong as a light hue was formed on her body as she used the Meridians Tempering Art letting her Meridians washed over by the soft smoothing Immortal medicine.

It had taken less time than Zhuqing, but there was a big smile on Ningrong's face, and she immediately released her Martial Spirit. She looked closely at her former Seven Treasure Glazed Tile pagoda had evolved into a Nine Treasure Glazed Tile pagoda. She jumped on the ground with an excited shout and again looked at her second-awakening martial spirit.

'This is my dad's dream…. I can't wait to meet my father and show my Martial spirit' thought Ning Rongrong with her delightful mood, swirled and ran to Old Gin with a surprise hug.

"I am glad you liked it," said Old Gin with a pat on her back.

"Now, the last one, Xiao Wu, to say the truth, yours is already the best Martial spirit, but because you transformed into a human, you need to cultivate again to bring back your full strength."

"For you, I choose Daffodil Jade Flesh Bone Immortal herb because it softens the muscles and mends bones. It also helps in clearing the Eight Meridians. Your strength will increase a lot because your bones will change to Jade's sturdiness. And as a rabbit, you knew how important your bone strength was when you used the spirit abilities."

"Then you should first eat the petals and later stamen should be sucked like mines" said Old Gin with a humor that everyone laughed at his words.

She followed the instructions, closed her eyes while circulating the Meridians Tempering Art, where she felt the coolness all over her body, and cooed with relief.

"Good, now everyone is finished except Meng Yiran. But you all seem to forget something?" asked Old Gin as they looked at him with full of confusion, but Zhuqing was the first to notice and her mouth opened with surprise.

"My spirit level… How would it be!" shouted Ning Rongrong, seeing her Spirit level increase by 7, reaching level 38.

Likewise, Zhuqing reached Spirit level 40, and surprisingly, Xiao Wu reached Level 40 because she was a Spirit beast, and the Immortal herb she had taken was suitable for her.

"Congratulations, girls!" said Meng Yiran with a genuine smile on her face, and everyone was saddened to see that her best friend didn't take the Immortal herb. Zhu Zhuqing hugged Meng Yiran while Ning Rongrong and Xiao Wu touched Meng Yiran's shoulders to comfort her.

'Damn it, even though I want to control my emotions but still it feels sad when I left out.' Thought Meng Yiran holding back her tears.

"Well, look who's waiting for me. My dear girls, I have a guest waiting for me outside. So, we are leaving my Inner world," said Old Gin with a grin. Everyone understood it was a serious matter, and they nodded and teleported back to the original world.

"Wait for the night, I need to talk with you and discuss with you using my cock" said Old Gin turning his head to Ah Yin who blushed at his salacious words and teleported.

"Meng Yiran, I support whatever you want to follow, but sometimes, to get strength, we need to face the challenges," said Old Gin with a serious face and disappeared out of thin air, leaving Meng Yiran's face solemn, and her friends' faces became worried for her.

Teacher's block building, inside the main office room-

"Let's see if any new students have joined…. It seems like these idiots are following the same rules as before and this bitch with love brain had agreed her friends' request. She seems to have forgotten the initial reason for establishing this Academy," said Old Gin with an irritating sigh after looking at the papers on the office table.

Even though he told everyone that he's the principal of Shrek Academy, he didn't want to lose his previous name of Blue Tyrant Academy, which was famous for nurturing civilians. Now with the new admission rules from Flender, especially his miser personality would affect the students.

'And the teachers from Shrek are only teaching the talented students. What about the remaining students…? I should talk to these damn bastards' thought Old Gin with an angry face.

"Come in," shouted Old Gin as a guard opened the door with a fearful gaze at the bald old man who was sitting on the chair and glaring at him intensely.

"What can I do, Principal?" asked the guard with a slight bow.

"Tell every teacher, including Erlong, to meet me in the meeting room. Within 20 mins all should be there in the damn meeting room" Ordered Old Gin as the guard nodded his head and left the office room hurriedly.

When the orders of Old Gin reached everyone, they made their way towards the meeting room in the Teachers' block. Inside the meeting room, Yu Xiaogang watched the old man with grey robes sitting on the main seat and reading papers. He looked at Flender, who shuddered his shoulders as he didn't know the reason for calling them. One by one, everyone sat on the chairs, looked at the Old Gin with confused faces, and lastly, Liu Erlong hastily came to the meeting room as Yu Xiaogang and Flender looked at her with loving daze.

"It's been around two weeks, I think, literally many previous rules have been changed without any notice. I don't know why?" asked Old Gin as Liu Erlong was sitting beside him with a concerned look when she saw Old Gin's angry face. She hoped nothing bad would happen in this meeting.

"Liu Erlong!"

"Huh? Principal?" Shuttered, Erlong stood up in a tense manner.

"Can you tell me the real reason for establishing this Academy?" asked Old Gin, glaring at Liu Erlong's silent face.

"I want the civilians to learn comfortably with no inequality. Even though the other Academies also take civilians, but only when the students have the talent. I want those less talented labeled kids a place to study and create a life for them," said Erlong as everyone applauded at her words, but Old Gin passed the papers to her.

"You have the good intentions, Erlong, but could you care to read out aloud the new rules implemented for a kid to join our Academy?" said Old Gin with stern eyes on her. Erlong nodded her head, took the papers, as her eyes were troubled when she saw the rules.

"What happened, Ms. Erlong?" asked Old Gin.

"No… There are criteria for the Shrek Academy Enrollment. Age should be above or equal to 12 years old." All the teachers nodded their heads at the first criterion.

"One should have the Spirit power above or equal to level 20." When she read the second one, some started murmuring and whispering. Flender's face was not good at reacting to everyone, and Yu Xiaogang's face did not change after hearing the second criterion.

'That's a good rule to me,' thought Yu Xiaogang, even though he knew Flender had changed the criteria for the Shrek Academy Enrollment, he never cared to check on it because for him, only Tang San was the student and disciple to teach his entire knowledge. So, his name would be traveling the Douluo Continent when his disciple's talent rose and shook the empires.

"Next is sufficient growth potential and spirit control and pass the combat test," said Liu Erlong as her face drained, so that she didn't want to read any further. The murmurs were increasing when they heard the contradiction criterion.

"Not pampered and diligent in training"

Some sighed with relief that at least one criterion was good, but they didn't want to listen anymore. Liu Erlong noticed the dissatisfaction of the members as she gripped the paper, with the sweat forming on her face.

"One should pay the 50 gold coins to participate, and before checking the person's…. Spirit rank and other criteria," said Liu Erlong, as the entire meeting room became silent with a shocked expression, even Liu Erlong couldn't show her face to the members, as she was ashamed after reading the last criterion that it was a robbery of a civilian.

"You seem to forget the last one, Erlong. Please read it and sit down," said Old Gin, breaking the silence, and Liu Erlong nodded with reluctance.

"Our Shrek Academy's motto is 'Spirit Masters who dare not cause trouble are not good Spirit Masters'….. every student should follow this and …." Liu Erlong stopped speaking as Old Gin signaled his hand to sit her down. Watched Yu Xiaogang and Flender smile at the motto with pride.

"Does anyone have objections to putting these criteria for a kid to join our Academy? If you don't, please raise your hand in objection," asked Old Gin in a loud and clear voice.

To Yu Xiaogang and Flender's surprise, all the members had raised their hands with stern faces as their bottom level had been broken after hearing the motto, which was dangerous to all the kids' lives. But what they didn't expect was that Liu Erlong had also raised her hand in objection, which shook both of their cores with disbelief.

"Seems like almost no one wants to put these Enrollment rules. Erlong, when I am not in the Academy, with no information why the rules have been changed, at least if these rules are good, I may have agreed, but these are terrible and completely contradict your beliefs, and could you please answer why you raised your hand for objection?"

She took a deep breath, "I think these Enrollment rules are not good for our Academy. Because we have a good name with the civilians for accepting their children without inequality. We are not like any other Academies, where they only look at the talent and background of the child before joining their academies. Even though we don't have a good name with the other Academies for being associated only with civilians, that's the change for the normal people."

"Good, but how in the world did you agree on these Enrollment rules?" asked Old Gin as Erlong fell silent, because she didn't want to speak and humiliate her best friend.

"Continue…"

"If not, putting the rules before the parents wanted to join their kids and pay the Enrollment fee is not correct. And with these rules, no civilians want to join their kids in our Academy because they…. Could think our Academy same as the others," said Liu Erlong while her eyes were down as she didn't want to see Flender, who had a stoic face with no expression.

"And lastly, that motto could harm the children. If any kid uses this motto and harasses someone powerful, like a Title Duoluo's kid, then it could create a life-threatening issue to the kid and the Academy."

'Ok, damn this bitch is eating him alive with her words. I just thought she could cover for him so that I will use that reason to play with her more but I never expected this bitch could speak in this way. I am smelling a burnt smell, Flender, your crush just crushed you deep seven feet under the ground' thought Old Gin while controlling his laughter.

"I agree with Madam Erlong. We have served this Academy from its establishment day, and we all don't want to tarnish the reputation earned from civilians." Said an old member in the meeting room, who had an angry face after hearing the Enrollment rules.

"Then that's good. You all seem to have objections to putting these Enrollment rules. Then there's no need to put these, I am demolishing the Enrollment rules, and a week later we all decide the rules which best for our Academy and the civilians."

"And also, we are not Shrek Academy or Blue Tyrant Academy. Let's just name Blue Academy, implying that the previous core values aren't going to change, but we have changed ourselves with new member faculty. So, I hope next time, this type of mistake won't happen again." Said Old Gin as everyone applauded him, as they agreed with him.

"Thank you for taking the time for this meeting. You all can leave now. And Erlong, please wait, I need to talk with you," said Old Gin as Flender stood up with a conflicted face, and Yu Xiaogang followed him to comfort his friend while he looked at Liu Erlong's one last look before leaving the meeting room.
