[The politics of the humans could be said to be the most treacherous and complicated due to the innate nature of humans to betray and backstab. In the past times when all places were ruled through the monarchial system, all rulers had to be very wary of all their enemies and even warier of their allies.
With no one to trust, the ruling monarchs established an agreement among themselves enabling them to be able to depend on one another. This agreement was rumored to have been sealed with some sort of contract so that no one could break it.
Maybe that rumor was true, because on various occasions of attempted overthrows and coups by military leaders, there has always been aid sent by others who were present when that agreement was made. Excerpt from: Old Issue of 'YE TIMES ARE TROUBLED']
