Mike came back from the lab. Things were not looking so good, and from the looks of things, Mrs Whitney was right: someone was trying to kill Jane, which means their prediction from before was wrong; the target was Jane and not Chris, as they all thought.
He entered the ward and found that Mrs Whitney was still there, and she was there with two nurses watching over Jane.
"I have the results with me" he said and they all looked up at him with expectation
"what's in the result?" she asked
"you are right Mrs Whitney someone is trying to kill Jane, the substance that was tried to be injected is poison, I can't call Chris now he's in a meeting, he has not been to work for days now and I'm sure that he has a lot to do, I will have to call Grace to come over while we wait for Chris to come back and we make a decision" he explained
