Scene: The Jester of Despair
Calignar's laughter slithered through the dungeon like poisoned silk. "Names? Call me Calignar - architect of false hope." Shadows coiled around his clawed fingers as he pointed. "You," he nodded at Yoshito, "overflow with dark energy yet fight like a blind bear. And you," his crimson gaze shifted to Keisuke, "dance beautifully... with empty hands."
Keisuke wiped blood from his lip. "Why reveal your weakness?"
"Because hope," Calignar's grin widened, "tastes sweetest when I crush it."
Scene: Dance of Ruin
The twins moved as one - Yoshito's blade drawing rivers of shadow, Keisuke's fists striking pressure points. Calignar flowed between them like smoke, landing bruising blows. When Keisuke collapsed, Yoshito roared. Dark energy vortexed around him as his father's warning echoed: "This technique will empty your reserves... a gambit for the doomed."
His sword shattered against Calignar's palm.
Scene: Edge of Annihilation
Nero and Eri carved through monsters like reapers through wheat. "TOO SLOW!" Nero snarled as Calignar's dimensional sphere snapped shut around his friends.
"CATCH!" Nero hurled a blade forged of liquid void - Darky's essence thrumming within its core. It pierced the closing rift.
Eri lunged. "Shatter the sphere!"
"Time flows faster inside," Nero's eyes bled cosmic blue. "Forty seconds there... is one breath here." His fists ignited. "I'll break dimensions in twenty."
Scene: Void's Embrace
Inside the sphere, Yoshito gripped the alien sword. Primordial darkness sang in his veins. Calignar sneered - "A toothpick won't—"
SHING!
Void-steel severed both arms. "Regeneration?" Yoshito panted as his final strike split the demon vertically. "Not against this."
Calignar's body fissured with light. "I'll erase you from existence!"
The explosion bloomed—a supernova of nothingness—as Nero's fist met the sphere.
KRACK-THOOM!
"Primordial Cage!" Eldritch runes wrapped the blast, compressing infinity into a dying star... then silence.
Yoshito collapsed into Nero's arms as healing light poured from his palms.
Scene: Brothers' Requiem
Yoshito's eyes fluttered open. He saw the horns, the blue eyes—alive—and punched Nero's shoulder. "TWO YEARS! You rotting bastard!"
Their scuffle was half-strikes, half-embrace until they lay breathless on stone. Yoshito prodded a horn. "Demonic chic?"
"Took you long enough to notice," Nero grinned.
As Nero explained, Yoshito examined the void-blade. "You made this?"
"Darky did." A snap of fingers.
Darky materialized—Nero's mirror image with molten gold eyes. He bowed to Sayuri. "Milady! Might I offer a demon's companionship?"
STOMP! Sayuri's boot met his face. "In your nightmares, shadow."
Yoshito stared. "He's... you?"
"My id incarnate," Nero sighed. "Regrettably."
Keisuke approached, voice thick. "Nero... you're home."
"Someone had to save your reckless asses," Nero pulled him into a back-cracking hug. Yoshito joined—a tangle of laughter and tears Sayuri watched with rare softness.
Scene: The Devil's Nanny
Reality itself groaned. Verlord stepped from the shadows, bouncing Miku on his shoulder. The group froze; even Darky recoiled.
Miku waved. "Uncle Verlord saved me! He poked the big monster!"
Yoshito's mind blanked. She called a continent-killer... uncle?
Keisuke's hand crept to his blade. How do you fight something whose aura cracks stone?
Verlord's smile held aeons of darkness. "Miku's... expressive. Now—" his gaze speared Nero, "—shall we discuss my son?"
