In the living room, Judith brewed a cup of tea for Wen Suihan.
Wen Suihan accepted it and expressed his thanks.
He placed the teacup on the coffee table before asking, "Is Jiang Yi not here either?"
Mentioning Jiang Yi, Judith seemed slightly surprised, "Sir, you also know Miss Jiang? In that case, you must be a very close friend of Mr. Gu."
A smile formed on Wen Suihan's lips, laced with a hint of irony.
Judith said with a smile, "Mr. Gu has gone with Miss Jiang to the hospital for a prenatal checkup. Miss Jiang is pregnant."
Wen Suihan's hand accidentally touched the edge of the cup and he flinched from the scalding touch upon hearing her words, quickly drawing his hand back.
Judith caught his reaction and continued with a smile, "Since you are a mutual friend of both Mr. Gu and Miss Jiang, you must already know this good news, right?"
Wen Suihan looked away, avoiding the maid's gaze, and did not reply.
