"Oh... rumors." Lily Smith picked up her chopsticks and started to eat, "Rumors are just rumors, what do they have to do with me?"
Her face remained calm, without a hint of entanglement, which gave Hadley Morrison quite a bit of reassurance.
After finishing lunch, Lily Smith tidied up her food tray, returned it to the cafeteria, and on her way back she saw from a distance a group of girls who, upon seeing her, hid to the side and whispered among themselves. Their gesticulating made it clear they were chewing over the latest gossip.
With her background, she had known since she was young that rumors were unstoppable, and she, being proud by nature, never paid much attention to them.
She simply didn't care.
Walking back with an indifferent face, Lily Smith could hear someone calling her name from afar. She stopped and looked in the direction of the voice, and there was Sky Moore emerging from the bushes.
