And this should be the weakest, most basic technique in the set. Depending how many more techniques there were, the most powerful one might even reach Immortal Grade.
I was a long way from that, though. From what understanding I could glean of the technique at first, it was a technique that probably wouldn't be possible to comprehend by someone who lacked a great deal of skill and understanding of techniques and methods to perform extremely rapid, swift, and precise movements of many kinds.
In other words, high mastery of Sky Serpent Eluding Heaven's Wrath, or a technique very like it if there was such a thing, was practically a prerequisite to learn this. The more I gleaned and absorbed from the tome, the more it made the advancement of Icewall into Ice Outpost seem rather basic by comparison.
