Maybe she was forgetting that Doiwa was not just a place for her and Sakura anymore. That Doiwa did have people who could be used as collateral in her fight against Sakura.
Or maybe she just wanted to hope that things would be easier eventually, after all that she had had to deal with. It was a crazy gamble, that much was certain. Perhaps she needed to explore it after all, right?
