The next training will focus on unarmed combat. Basic movements like punching and kicking will help your muscles remember the fundamental patterns first. This is the foundation."
His explanation eased the atmosphere in the room a bit. The children's faces shifted from anger to contemplation. What Haruto said made sense. Before building something great, a strong foundation must be established first.
"We understand," Annie said confidently, although she was still slightly out of breath. "So this helps our muscles remember the basic movements of punching and kicking, so when the actual training starts, we already have that foundation. That way, the training will feel much easier, right?"
