"You looked so dashing and manly. That reminded me they said you found me when the incident happened. I was really amazed hearing it."
Lydia paused.
Then she bowed a little and started twiddling with her thumb.
"However, when I saw his Highness El-Pidio, it was hard to look away, and it made me feel guilty. Like, how could I?" Lydia said as she looked up to meet Qhah-el's light blue eyes.
They were as cold as before, so Lydia unconsciously glanced at her left as she spoke.
"Your Highness did not seem pleased too when I was looking at him."
"I heard our relationship was not good, but…" Lydia looked him in the eyes. "Does Your Highness actually like me? I just never noticed before?"
The nerve on Qhah-el's forehead twitched as he eyed her bright eyes and pouty lips.
"How foolish," Qhah-el said. "It seems you've lost your mind."
Qhah-el crossed his arms. "How did you even arrive at that stupid conclusion?"
