Matthew frowned at the printed list in his hand, he raised his gaze to the expectant look on Mallory's face, and let out a deep sigh. "You can't be serious." He said in disbelief, going over the list one more time.
She straightened her shoulders and rested her chin on her palm, "I am very serious, if we want to work together, we need to have some boundaries laid out between us. We also need to be frank with each other, so I propose we set our bottom line, so the other person doesn't cross it."
Unconvinced, Matthew responded, "That's all good and fine, but these rules are absurd." He glanced at the list, "First rule, I must report my whereabouts to you ever four hours?" He hissed, "Don't you think that's asking too much?"
"On the contrary that's asking too little. It's not like I'm restricting you from going out or anything, just let me know where you are at intervals. Naturally, I'll do the same." She explained.
