Chapter 208 - Chapter 208: I Think You Might Be Gay

Sensing that something was off, Togata Mirio hesitated to charge recklessly into the smoke. His "Permeation" ability required precise predictions to be used effectively. If he rushed in blindly, he might end up walking straight into one of Midoriya's large-scale attacks.

Meanwhile, Bakugo Katsuki was still bombarding Todoroki's ice with relentless explosions, completely going all out. The sound and smoke effects were top-tier, though it was hard to tell how much actual damage was being done.

Bakugo and Todoroki's sudden interference had disrupted Togata Mirio's plan. Realizing he had no other choice, he clenched his right fist, gathered power, and struck down with a powerful punch—unleashing the force of "One For All."

A violent gust of wind erupted from the impact, instantly sweeping away the thick smoke created by Bakugo's explosions. But when the dust settled, the only thing left in Mirio's sight was shattered ice all over the ground.

Midoriya Izuku was already gone.

"Tch, he actually got away!"

Bakugo clicked his tongue in frustration, spitting on the ground. Todoroki Shoto, standing beside him, nodded seriously and added,

"It was my mistake. If I had frozen the area sooner, we could have trapped him."

"Don't try to make excuses to make me feel better! Letting Midoriya escape was my failure!"

"..."

Watching Bakugo and Todoroki take full responsibility for what happened, Togata Mirio could only sigh helplessly.

"Fine, let's just forget about it this time. But next time, don't interfere on your own. Otherwise, I'll have Aizawa-sensei punish both of you."

"Got it~~"

Surprisingly, both of them agreed without resistance. Togata Mirio could only shake his head as he turned to leave. He needed to report this to Principal Nezu and Sir Nighteye as soon as possible.

As soon as Togata Mirio was far enough away, Bakugo and Todoroki acted as if nothing had happened and casually headed back to their dorms.

"Are you guys sure this is the right thing to do?"

Inside the common room of the dorms, an unexpected figure stood there, surrounded by all of Class 1-A.

It was none other than Midoriya Izuku, who had just disappeared.

"I don't fully support it, but I won't stop it either."

Iida Tenya adjusted his glasses. As class representative, he had the duty to stop any improper behavior. But this time, he had chosen to take a neutral stance—neither interfering nor offering his help.

"Forget all that 'what's right for a hero' nonsense. I just act based on what I feel is right! After all, I only wanted to be a hero so I could be popular with girls!"

Mineta Minoru proudly gave a thumbs-up as he spoke, completely shameless. The rest of the class, unable to bear it, covered their faces in embarrassment.

They had thought, for once, Mineta would finally say something cool… but no, he was still the same perverted creep, just barely walking the line between idiot and scumbag.

After witnessing Togata Mirio and Midoriya Izuku's fight, Mineta had rushed back to the dorms in a panic and gathered everyone. He was also the first to suggest helping Midoriya, which ultimately pushed Bakugo and Todoroki to take action.

Despite his usual perverted nature, at least this time, it seemed like Mineta still valued friendship.

"Oi, Deku! You've been making quite a name for yourself lately!"

With a smirk that didn't quite reach his eyes, Bakugo Katsuki spoke in his usual harsh tone.

Midoriya Izuku, as always, simply responded with a calm smile.

"Since I've found what I want to do, I need to make some changes."

"Enough nonsense! I'm helping you this time for one reason only. Now answer me!"

"You! What exactly are you planning to do?!"

Bakugo glared fiercely at Midoriya, demanding an answer. The rest of Class 1-A also perked up their ears to listen. Recently, the League of Villains had been targeting high-ranking government officials. While those they killed were undeniably corrupt, even as students, they understood the consequences—Midoriya Izuku was now standing against the entire Japanese society.

"What I'm going to do, huh..."

Midoriya let out a small sigh. There were things he never wanted to do, but for the sake of others, he had no choice but to take action.

"As always, I'll do what I have to do... to make sure more people don't get hurt and can live with a smile."

"I see..."

Bakugo's anger seemed to subside. Midoriya hadn't given a direct answer, but this was enough. He knew Midoriya Izuku would never lie about something like this.

The rest of Class 1-A also relaxed a little. Their curiosity took over, and they began bombarding Midoriya with questions about what he had been up to. After all, it wasn't every day that an old classmate turned into a villain and joined the League of Villains.

At that moment, Todoroki Shoto, who had been silent the entire time, suddenly spoke up. He looked at Midoriya seriously and said,

"Midoriya, can I talk to you in private?"

"Sure, I know what you want to ask."

Midoriya nodded. Endeavor and Dabi... Todoroki Shoto's father and brother—this was not something they could discuss in front of everyone.

Todoroki invited Midoriya to his dorm room so they could talk privately. Meanwhile, the girls in class started whispering among themselves with mischievous grins.

"Todoroki and Midoriya... could they be... you know?"

"No wonder Midoriya never showed interest in Takeyama or Uraraka! So that's the reason!"

"Midoriya has that mysterious, dark prince vibe now, and Todoroki is the classic white prince... Ugh, I'm so jealous!"

"But honestly... I think Bakugo and Midoriya also have that kind of vibe... You know, that thing!"

.......

The girls kept gossiping excitedly, while the boys slowly backed away, pretending not to hear anything. None of them had expected the girls to have this kind of hobby. Or maybe... was this just a universal trait among all girls?!

Todoroki's dorm room was decorated in a traditional Japanese style, modeled after his childhood home. Wooden floors, tatami mats, and classic Japanese wall decorations made up the entire space. It was clear that Todoroki had put a lot of effort into designing it himself—just another sign of how serious and methodical he was in everything he did.

Once Midoriya entered the room, Todoroki got straight to the point.

"Midoriya, I want to know about Todoroki Touya... or rather, 'Dabi.' Can you tell me how he's doing?"

It might seem wrong to ask the leader of the League of Villains for information about one of its members, but Todoroki had no choice. After all, his annoying father, Endeavor, was still lying in a hospital bed, unable to move.

"I don't mind."

Midoriya had no issue sharing this information. Not only did he want to help ease the tensions within Dabi's family, but also… Dabi had acted recklessly and nearly blown up Endeavor in the League's headquarters. Midoriya had to clean up the mess and ended up getting beaten half to death by All Might and Togata Mirio for it.

As the leader of the League of Villains, he had to maintain order. Rewards and punishments were necessary.
