Well Sylvio you lost because because you where arragont
Turning to my left I look to see the purple headed guy with a mask
And just who might you be I asked
Sylvio stumbles back, clearly rattled by the outcome.
Before he can retort, the shadows stir behind him.
A figure steps out: purple streaks in his black hair, his sharp gaze concealed behind a half-mask.
Andrew (eyes narrowing):
"And just who might you be?"
Yuto (calm but intense):
"That's none of your concern. But I saw your duel. You're not like the others. You protect your monsters… you fight alongside them."
Andrew (placing a hand over his deck):
"Of course I do. They're not just cards to me. They're my partners."
Yuto pulls out his duel disk.
Yuto:
"Then show me. Prove that bond. Let's duel."
Andrew:
"…Alright then. Let's do this."
[Duel: Yuto vs. Andrew]
LP: Yuto 4000 / Andrew 4000
Andrew:
"I'll go first! I summon Berry Magian Girl in Attack Mode!"
(ATK 300 / DEF 500)
"Then I activate her effect! I add Lemon Magian Girl from my deck to my hand!"
"I'll also activate Dark Magical Circle and set one card. Turn end!"
Yuto:
"Hmph. I summon Raidraptor – Sharp Lanius!"
(ATK 1700)
(Since you're using Dark Rebellion instead of Raidraptors, we'll tweak the line.)
Yuto (drawing):
"I summon Phantom Knight of Ragged Gloves, and then I activate Phantom Knights' Rank-Up Magic Launch!"
"Using my monsters, I overlay to Xyz Summon… Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon!"
The mighty black dragon roars as lightning crackles across the arena.
Yuto:
"Now I activate its effect—by detaching two materials, I halve Berry's attack and add it to my dragon's!"
Andrew:
"Not so fast—I activate Magian Navigation! Since I have Dark Magician in hand, I can Special Summon him and another Spellcaster!"
A black vortex opens as the legendary spellcaster appears with a proud stance.
Andrew:
"Come forth, Dark Magician! And with him, Dark Magician Girl!"
DMG (appearing beside Andrew briefly in spirit form):
"You called?"
Andrew:
"Wouldn't be the same without you."
Yuto (eyes narrowing):
"…Fine. Then Dark Rebellion attacks Dark Magician!"
The dragon lunges forward.
Andrew:
"I activate Mirror Force!"
Yuto:
"Not bad. I set one card. Turn end."
Andrew's Turn
Andrew:
"I tribute Berry and Lemon Magian Girl to Tribute Summon… Dark Magician again! The original spellcaster!"
Yuto (surprised):
"Another one?"
Andrew:
"That's right. I believe in them. Every card in this deck carries weight… a story."
He glances at the two Magicians beside him.
Andrew:
"Dark Magician, Dark Magician Girl—together, let's end this! I activate Dark Magic Attack! Destroy his set cards!"
Yuto:
"Tch…!"
Andrew:
"Now, attack! Dark Burning Magic!"
The twin spellcasters channel their combined power, blasting through the field.
Yuto LP: 4000 → 0
[Duel End – Andrew Wins]
[After the Duel – Outside the Arena]
Yuto stares at Andrew quietly.
Yuto:
"…You're strong. Not just in skill… but in spirit."
He turns, walking off.
Yuto (without looking back):
"You might be what this world needs."
Scene: Later That Night – Yuya's Spare Room]
The moonlight filters gently through the window, casting a pale glow across the floor. The room is quiet except for the hum of the city in the distance.
Andrew lies on the bed, eyes open, arms folded behind his head, staring up at the ceiling in thought. After a moment, he sits up slowly and pulls his deck box from the nightstand.
He slides open the box, taking out two familiar cards.
Andrew (softly):
"…My ever-faithful companion…"
He sets Dark Magician down first, followed by Dark Magician Girl.
Andrew:
"…And the girl who never once left my side…"
A faint shimmer surrounds the cards as Dark Magician Girl manifests, sitting cross-legged at the foot of the bed, humming softly. Dark Magician follows, appearing behind Andrew with a respectful nod.
DMG:
"You've been quiet tonight. Usually after a duel, you're the one who won't stop talking."
Andrew (chuckling lightly):
"Guess I've got a lot on my mind."
DM:
"Your thoughts weigh heavy. You're wondering if this is the right path."
Andrew nods slowly, brushing his fingers along the edges of his deck.
Andrew:
"Back home, it was always just us. Me, you, and the deck. Dueling for fun, dueling to learn. But here… things feel bigger. Like the world's watching, like something's coming. And I don't know if I'm ready for that."
Kuriboh appears with a soft "kuri!", landing gently on Andrew's shoulder. He nuzzles into Andrew's cheek comfortingly.
DMG (smiling):
"You're stronger than you give yourself credit for."
Andrew:
"I know I can duel. But… saving dimensions? Facing people like Yuto, or whatever Duel Academy has planned?"
He glances over at a smaller box on the desk—locked and sealed.
Andrew (quietly):
"…And those cards in there… the ones I can't bring myself to use. They're part of me too. But it feels like they're… asleep."
Dark Magician steps closer, resting a gloved hand on Andrew's shoulder.
DM:
"They'll awaken when your heart calls to them—not out of fear, or duty, but choice."
Andrew (nodding):
"Yeah…"
A silence falls again, peaceful this time. Then, without thinking, Andrew lifts his deck and places it on his duel disk.
The magic circle appears briefly as he chants softly, more out of habit than need.
Andrew (low, reverent):
"I summon… my ever-faithful companion… Dark Magician."
The legendary Spellcaster appears in full once again, his robes rippling with energy.
Andrew (smiling):
"That phrase… I've been saying it since I was a kid. Back then, it felt like just words. Now… it means something."
DMG (tilting her head, brushing his bangs aside and playing with his hair):
"Because you believe in him. And he believes in you. Just like I do."
Andrew closes his eyes, relaxing into the moment.
Andrew:
"I'm not alone. No matter what happens… I've got all of you."
Kuriboh gives a proud squeak, and Dark Magician bows slightly.
DM:
"When the time comes, Andrew… we will face it. Together."
Andrew:
"Together."
He leans back against the headboard, letting his duel spirits stay close. Dark Magician Girl hums a soft tune, fingers twirling his hair, while Kuriboh snoozes beside him.
Outside, the wind shifts gently as if whispering: a storm is coming. But for now, Andrew is at peace.
