Dove
It felt like I could barely drag my feet to the bus stop after classes. I didn't know what had suddenly gotten into me but I wasn't in the mood to go to work anymore. Maybe it was the fast pace day or simply Molly's excitement.
She did nothing wrong but the more we dived into it throughout class the more out of place I felt. Most people seemed to know the culture of B&B and I, well, I didn't know a thing. I was still diving into American culture and to be pushed into it that fast was a lot for me.
For a second I debated not applying. It was just too far out of reach for me. I was confident in my designs but what fresh new looks could I bring to B&B without being completely out of the scheme.
However it would be good to try. I just told myself I wouldn't tell a soul besides Molly so far. It would be embarrassing if I didn't get selected even if it was just for the final presentation and I didn't want to jinx myself either.
