"Is… that supposed to be funny?"
Once again, everyone became quiet. This time, however, most of the other students weren't looking at Riley at all, but rather at Hannah. Hannah was completely oblivious of everyone's stares, and if it wasn't for Bella nudging her arm, she would've continued watching the match with what looked suspiciously like pride glowing in her eyes.
"What?" Hannah whispered as she glanced at Bella.
"Girl, everybody be starin' at you," Bella leaned closer to her, "And I ain't know Riley was that wild. He fr fr? He ain't serious… right?"
"Oh…" Hannah blinked a couple of times as she glanced around. And when she saw that everyone was truly looking at her, she just shrugged and turned her focus back to Riley, "Yes, he's serious."
"He… is?" Pauline covered her mouth. Even Gary gulped when he heard that. It was only Tomoe and Victoria who didn't react to her words.
