As he walked around Lilith, she saw that he had already removed his coat and was stepping into the water in only his trousers and a white shirt.
"I can turn around while you undress," Hades offered, turning his back to her.
Lilith swallowed. She hadn't intended to swim, but something about being here with the prince, alone in this secluded place made her heart race with anticipation and excitement. Her skin already felt warm, her pulse quickening.
Fiddling with the lace of her dress, she hesitated for a moment, then pushed it off her shoulders, letting it fall to her feet with a soft thud.
Now dressed only in her white undergarments, she moved slowly and stepped into the water. Only once her body was fully submerged did Hades turn back around, a smug smile on his face.
Lilith watched as he dipped himself beneath the water, emerging moments later with a smooth motion. He pushed his hair back with both hands, water cascading down his face and neck.
