The Primal Neon Tower where ridiculous waves of power routinely surged was located here, and it was the first city that Achilles brought to the skies.
The capital of Neon no longer resembled the city it once was.
What had been a battered Colony City days before was now a city of rising grandeur- crystalline towers wrapped in luminous light, great canals of reflective water crisscrossing the streets, all encased in the sprawling embrace of the Sea of Thalassara that hovered above like a living, breathing sky.
And at its heart- the beating forge of new glory- the Titan Dwarves worked.
