She clenched her fists and exhaled sharply.
She didn't want anything—not even Jerry's incompetence—to distract her to the point that she wouldn't be able to deal with Penelope and her children the way they deserved. But the longer this delay went on, the more her thoughts scattered. The more her focus frayed. She could feel it.
