Charlotte and Alexander had planned a sweet celebration, but Alexander was called into an urgent international meeting at the last minute. So, Charlotte found herself waiting alone, not expecting what was about to happen.

Charlotte turned just in time to see Valeria pull a small, elegant black box from her handbag. A crimson satin ribbon held it shut. Something about the way it shimmered gave Charlotte immediate goosebumps.
"…What is that?" she asked, trying to sound calm. Her voice cracked on "that."
Valeria's smile was feline. "A few celebratory accessories. You are, after all, enjoying sweet love. I expect you to celebrate accordingly—with taste, creativity, and maybe… a little restraint play, or a cute little bell."
