Until now, his rewards had always involved unlocking new talents, magical affinities, or an increase in his attributes. So naturally, he had expected something similar.

Maybe strawberries and cantaloupes existed here, just that it was in some faraway empire the Rin Empire didn't trade with or had never even heard of.
