Night fell.
Even Marineford fell into an unprecedented silence.
Ryuya dressed the girl in Stella's clothes.
There was no other choice; only Stella's clothes fit her.
Perona's clothes were too small,
which made Perona very sad. She returned to her room and didn't come out.
Moonlight streamed through the window, illuminating the room.
Ryuya held the girl and said, "From today on, your name will be Roran, how does that sound?"
The girl nodded and softly said, "Okay, Papa. From today on, my name is Roran."
Hearing Roran's reply, Ryuya stroked her blue hair.
Perhaps because of the Devil Fruit, Roran's hair had turned completely blue after her awakening.
However, this didn't affect Roran's beauty at all.
Moreover, in this short period of time,
Ryuya discovered that Roran's learning ability was incredibly strong.
She could learn from just one example, quickly grasping concepts after hearing them once.
This made Ryuya think Roran was incredibly talented.
Most importantly, Ryuya found Roran's physical condition to be extraordinary.
After her development, her stamina had increased tremendously, her body's resilience was incredibly strong, and her recovery speed was unprecedented.
Compared to the bloodline factors developed by the Vinsmoke family,
Roran was at least a thousand times better!
Ryuya spent the entire night talking with Roran.
Throughout the night, Ryuya taught her about the world.
He instilled values in Roran.
Then, early the next morning, Ryuya went to Sengoku's office.
As he walked through Marineford, everyone who saw Ryuya respectfully saluted and said, "Admiral White Dove!"
Currently, Ryuya was the only popular Admiral in Marineford.
With the Special Science Group, Ryuya's influence in Marineford was growing stronger.
There was a faint sense of a fourth faction emerging.
However, Ryuya didn't accept the allegiance of many people.
He maintained an elite-led mindset.
After all, in this world, the victor is king.
Before the strong, no matter how many cannon fodder there are, they are useless.
As soon as he arrived at Sengoku's office,
Sengoku beckoned Ryuya.
"White Dove, you're just in time. I was just about to look for you."
"Look for me? Fleet Admiral, let me state first, I'm here to request leave."
Sengoku was stunned. In his understanding, this was the perfect opportunity for Ryuya to consolidate his faction.
Why would he request leave?
"How long do you intend to take?"
Sengoku asked Ryuya.
"Not long, just four months."
Four months.
Exactly the length of an Admiral's shift.
"Four months?! What are you planning to do?!"
Sengoku instinctively asked Ryuya.
"Besides catching some pirates, I'll be training my subordinates."
Ryuya didn't hide anything, telling Sengoku directly.
Sengoku pondered for a moment, then without hesitation, approved Ryuya's leave.
Then he said, "Ryuya, someone is looking for you. They're waiting for you in Tsuru's office."
"Someone's looking for me?"
Ryuya didn't react immediately.
But it didn't matter; he would just stop by.
After receiving approval for his leave from Sengoku,
Ryuya went downstairs to Tsuru's office.
As soon as he entered the office, Ryuya saw a figure rushing towards him.
A familiar face appeared before Ryuya's eyes.
"Kaya, why did you come here yourself?"
Ryuya was surprised. He had told her to contact him, and he would send someone to pick her up.
"Of course, I wanted to surprise you~"
Kaya giggled, looking at Ryuya.
However, as she laughed, Kaya's eyes turned red.
Tears welled up in her eyes.
"It's great, I finally see you, Ryuya."
Kaya hugged Ryuya tightly, showing how much she had missed him.
Tsuru shook her head when she saw Kaya, "Since you two know each other, go have a good chat. Don't show your affection in this old woman's office."
Tsuru looked at Ryuya.
Because of Gion's "betrayal," she disliked Ryuya.
Although Tsuru said this, Ryuya still showed his respect.
After thanking Tsuru, Ryuya took Kaya to his room.
Along the way,
the Navy soldiers looked at Ryuya and Kaya.
Their eyes were filled with envy and resentment.
"Admiral White Dove is amazing!"
"Yeah, yeah, he has so many beautiful women around him."
"If only I could have a beautiful woman like that."
"Don't daydream! Wait until you reach Admiral White Dove's level before you think about that!"
...
Ignoring the gossip,
Ryuya said to Kaya, "Kaya, you came at the right time. I'm planning to take a team out for training. I'll teach you about medicine when we leave."
Kaya nodded vigorously, her eyes full of anticipation.
"Okay, it's fine. As long as I can be by your side, it doesn't matter when you teach me."
They arrived at Ryuya's Admiral's residence.
As soon as the door opened, Roran rushed towards Ryuya.
"Papa, welcome back."
In Ryuya's arms, Roran raised her delicate face, softly speaking to Ryuya.
However, hearing Roran's words, Kaya froze.
She stood there stiffly.
Perona, holding her umbrella, came out of the room at this moment.
She said to Ryuya, "When are we leaving?"
Seeing this, Kaya pointed at Roran, then at Perona, and said to Ryuya, "Ryuya, have you already had a child with her?"
Kaya felt a little dizzy.
Her face was unusually red and hot.
She looked like she had a fever.
Ryuya clearly knew what was going through Kaya's mind.
"You're overthinking. I'll explain when we're on the ship."
Perona's face was also flushed. She nodded subconsciously and explained to Kaya, "You misunderstood. The Captain and I don't have the kind of relationship you're imagining."
