All Max could do was gulp in shock seeing the details of Casandra and all he can say is that she is too broken.
She is not the character from the plot, she was not supposed to be present here just like he was supposed to be dead today.
The only reason she appears is because system gave him a trillion UC group and to make sense in the plot, logical reasons were created and so to make sense of his absence and the smooth working of his group, She appeared to fill the gap.
But that doesn't mean she is not real, She is someone from this world, maybe from another plot from which she got pulled in his mess changing her story.
Same with Jake as was supposed to gain sympathy of Winchester sisters today but because he did not die, the butterfly fluttered its wings changing the whole course of the story.
