It didn't take long for Stella to arrive at Victor's mansion. She made her way through the elegant hallways until she reached the guest room where Elena was staying. The moment she stepped in, she was met with the sound of baby Sophie's cries filling the room like a tiny alarm.
Elena sat on the edge of the bed, gently rocking the baby in her arms with a tired look on her face. "She's been crying nonstop," she sighed. "Nothing seems to calm her."
Stella didn't waste a second. She dropped her bag and walked straight to them, leaning closer as she began to sing a soft, playful tune. Sophie's cries slowly faded, and her big round eyes focused on Stella, giggling mid-hiccup like she'd just seen her favorite toy come to life.
