Chapter 37 : The Deceiver's Proposal
Location: Enemy Command Ship – War Room
The storm outside howled. But inside the war room, the silence was heavier than steel.
General Kassim sat at the strategy table, arms crossed, eyes staring daggers into the screen.
Viren appeared again—pale, stitched up, but eyes sharp with thought.
Darker, Almost Sadistic Version:
Viren appeared-stitched together like some forgotten corpse, but his eyes burned with cunning.
"General," he began, slow and deliberate, "you've bled for every inch of ground."
He smiled-too long, too sharp. "But why waste lives... when you can
poison hearts?"
Kassim scoffed.
"Don't tell me you want to negotiate with those teachers."
"Not negotiate," Viren said smoothly. "Manipulate."
Split Screen Feed – Strategy Presentation
Viren tapped on a digital tablet. Photos of Sid, Akash, and Shiva popped up. Backgrounds. Employment records. Bank statements.
"Look at them. Civilians. No military pension. No backup. Just heart and desperation." "That makes them vulnerable. Which means—we have leverage."
Kassim didn't speak.
Viren leaned in closer to the camera.
"Let me talk to them. Offer them money. Or a false deal. Use guilt. Pride. Even blackmail if needed." "Just enough to make them hesitate. That's when you strike."
Kassim raised a brow.
"And if they refuse?"
Viren smiled coldly.
"Then kill them. Simple."
Pause. Then…
General Kassim turned to his officers.
"Mobilize a force of 100 men. Full weapons. Stealth route." "We try the soft way first—for five minutes. Then, if they resist..."
His voice dropped into ice.
"No prisoners. No mercy. Eliminate them on the spot."
Narrator Voice:
A snake doesn't always strike first—it waits. And in the dark coils of strategy, Viren prepared his deadliest venom yet.
He would speak with a silver tongue... While sharpening a dagger behind his back.
The teachers had won the first battle with fire and courage.
But now, they would face something worse— Deception.
And this time…
The enemy wasn't just sending soldiers.
They were sending a lie.
