Everything had gone smoothly.

The process of taming Agnes's body by fucking and exterminating the goblins—whose origin remained unknown—progressed without issue.

Naturally, it wasn't me or the knights who went running around to catch them. Thanks to the information I provided, the guards and other knights handled the task easily.

The only concern was that the number of goblins kept decreasing, and the wizard goblin—believed to be their leader—still hadn't been located. Even so, since they weren't powerful demons, it was only a matter of time before the guards wiped them out.

Because I didn't need to be involved in the knights' activities, I could focus entirely on Agnes. Her resistance weakened day by day, and her body began to respond more and more lewdly. It wouldn't be long before I saw her begging before me.

'I think she needs something stronger now.'

Unfortunately, there was no time to dwell on that thought.

Morning assembly—the knights' first daily task—had begun. At the parade ground, Agnes delivered surprising news.

"Last night, the two knights sisters guarding the castle gate were kidnapped by goblins. A sentry on the castle wall witnessed the incident."

The chatter among the knights quieted as their leader continued.

"The security team has been searching since the incident. However, the forest at night is dark and vast, and the sisters haven't been found yet. Since this is the first case of actual damage caused by goblins, we've decided to launch a search and extermination mission."

From what I had seen through the app, goblins in this world didn't abduct humans or elves for breeding purposes like in fantasy novels. The explanation wasn't detailed, but it seemed they were naturally generated by some force in the world they originally inhabited.

That didn't mean the captured elves were safe. Goblins typically captured creatures as a food source.

In short, they were meant to be eaten.

Even if not for that reason, goblins were a race that took pleasure in killing beings weaker than themselves. If the elves had been caught, it was certainly a dangerous situation.

'Maybe the gate guards were ambushed not just by an elf, but by goblins as well.'

Then, Agnes added more news.

"Fine has decided to rest at her mother's house for a while. She said she injured her leg while exercising too hard early this morning."

It seemed she had gotten too motivated and pushed her small body too far. She was always full of energy, so she would likely recover soon. There didn't seem to be any serious cause for concern.

After Agnes finished delivering the announcements, the knights followed her into the forest where the kidnapping had reportedly taken place. Guards and knights from neighboring regions searched from the outer edges, while the royal knights advanced from the forest's center.

The knights, many of whom were elves, took the search seriously. I didn't want to see innocent elves die either.

While we continued our search, a knight suddenly shouted.

"Captain! There's a sound coming from here!"

She pointed toward the entrance of a large cave. We rushed inside. To our surprise, we didn't find goblins, but the missing elf guards instead.

"Hey, are you alright?!"

The guards had their hands and feet bound, and their mouths were gagged. Alongside them, several other elves—likely from different territories—lay collapsed in the cave.

"Kek! Kek! Thank you, Agnes…"

"No, don't talk. Are you injured? Oh no, your head is bleeding…! I'll apply some herbs right away. Just hold still."

Once the situation calmed, Agnes turned to one of the guards.

"Tell me everything that happened."

According to the knight, she had been knocked unconscious by a sudden attack. When she awoke, she found herself already in the cave. The goblins brought in several other elves afterward but didn't do anything to them and eventually left.

"That's all?" Agnes asked.

"Yes… After they moved the Knight sisters here, they never returned."

"I see. I'm just glad you're all safe."

While Agnes and the other elves looked relieved, I couldn't shake off an uneasy feeling.

As I had mentioned, goblins captured prey to eat. They were instinct-driven and only hunted when they were hungry. They didn't stockpile food.

'Then why did they leave without doing anything?'

It was difficult to believe the information I'd gotten from the app was wrong. I had gained too much from it for that to be the case.

'I've never seen goblins get this close to the kingdom before. Why now?'

As I tried to push down my discomfort, Agnes stood and addressed everyone.

"First, we'll escort the rescued elves back to the kingdom. The guards will continue the search for other knights. After that, we'll move to exterminate the remaining goblins."

"Yes!"

"Yes!"

"Are there any clues about their location?" she asked.

One of the guards, deep in thought, suddenly brightened as she recalled something.

"Ah, now that I think about it, one of the goblins had bright yellow leaves as part of its decoration! They were definitely the leaves of a tree that only grows in the Sunset Forest!"

"You mean the Sunset Forest?"

The Sunset Forest lay a good distance from our current position. As the name suggested, it was a magical place where all the trees had golden leaves.

"We didn't search that area because there was no sign of activity. It's possible they were deliberately keeping quiet in their home territory."

After rescuing the elves, we immediately made our way to the Sunset Forest. Although it was far, there was still time left before sunset. I planned to eliminate them all if we could.

And just when it seemed like our search might come up empty, we finally encountered them.

"Captain! That goblin guy is the leader!"

All the knights turned toward the spot I pointed at.

Slightly larger than the other goblins around him stood one with colorful decorations on his head and a staff glowing faintly in his hand. He was the leader—a wizard goblin, ugly and troublesome.

"Keeek! Kiek!"

'Had he sensed that the elves were still alive?'

The goblin wizard let out a strange cry and raised his staff. Then, suddenly, he turned and bolted. His henchmen followed suit like petty thieves caught red-handed.

"Don't let them escape!"

Their reason for fleeing was obvious. They knew they stood no chance in a full-on battle. Instead, they relied on deception and trickery. Perhaps they hoped we would fall into an ambush set in advance. But the knights had long since learned the goblins' tactics.

We moved carefully, evading traps, and I cut the goblins down one by one with my sword or bow.

"Keeek! Keek!"

With each advance, the elven knights left behind a trail of goblin screams and severed heads.

The path we carved out was soaked in foul green blood and littered with corpses. The further we went, the fewer goblins remained ahead.

"Keeeeek…!"

"Is that the last one? Where's the leader?"

"There! A cave!"

"That's a big one. There might be something inside. Move in with caution!"

"Yes!"

The elves surged forward, their shouts carrying an air of triumph.

The cave's interior was massive, spacious enough to hold over twenty knights. Yet, there didn't seem to be any immediate danger.

"Keeek! Keek! Keek!"

The lone wizard goblin stood at the back, still showing no sign of resistance.

Cornered against the wall, his back to the stone, his eyes widened in fear.

"Disgusting bastard. Let's make him regret ever setting foot in Elora," Agnes muttered, tightening her grip on her sword.

At that moment, the goblin let out a piercing cry and raised his staff. Light flared from his filthy hand.

But—

"No way!"

Agnes hurled her sword in one swift motion.

Blue mana enveloped the spinning blade, which transformed mid-air into a glowing blue disc. It flew faster than the eye could follow—and in the next moment, the goblin's head was rolling on the ground.

"Alright. Is it over?" someone asked.

"No, stay alert," another elf muttered.

Agnes remained tense. The dead goblin's hand still glowed.

Before I could figure out what it meant, the light grew stronger, illuminating the entire cave.

"Ugh!"

The brightness was overwhelming. I shut my eyes instinctively.

When the light finally faded and I opened them again, everyone around me looked dazed and confused.

"What just happened?"

"Is everyone okay?"

"Seems like nothing serious."

"It looks like it's finally over. Let's head back. Be cautious—there might still be goblins or hidden traps!"

The elves, reassured by their leader's announcement, started to relax and chatter.

But then—

"Captain! Something's not right!"

"What is it?"

"What's going on?"

"Wait… what is this? A wall?"

"I can't get out!"

Panic rippled through the group.

Feeling something was off, I stepped forward—only to bump into an invisible barrier.

'What is this?'

I turned back and took in the scene.

A transparent, dome-like wall had formed around the center of the cave, trapping us inside while leaving the edges untouched.

The elves struck it with magic-charged weapons, but it didn't even tremble. Not even Agnes could do anything against it.

"What the heck is this…?? Is this the light that came out of the goblin's hand?"

I think so too, but there was no information in the app about using this type of magic.

I thought I needed to look again, so I took advantage of the elves' distraction to hide behind a large rock and take out my phone.

'What, there was a message?'

I was so busy chasing the goblin that I didn't even notice.

[Dayke and the elf knights are trapped in a space separated from the world by a ring of eternal isolation used by the wizard goblin.]

'… A ring of eternal isolation?'

I immediately began flipping through the encyclopedia stored in the app.

It described a magical ring that could permanently separate a specific space from the rest of the world. Once inside, the space would be sealed off by an invisible wall. Anyone trapped within would be unable to escape, and those outside wouldn't even know it existed.

'What kind of magic is this…?'

I had assumed the goblin wizard was nothing more than a nuisance, especially after reading the initial description. I hadn't expected him to possess something so dangerous.

Luckily, the method for destroying the barrier was listed in the app—and even better, it was something I could easily execute.

'It took ten years to get this far. Time to get us out of here.'

Just as I rose from behind the rock to share the information with Agnes, I glanced around and saw the elven knights still in a panic.

And in that moment, the concerns I had earlier that morning returned to me.

Taming Agnes had been progressing steadily, but I had been worrying that something more decisive was needed to truly take control.

Then it hit me.

This was the perfect opportunity.

'…Yes. This might actually work.'

I didn't like to admit it, but my brain seemed to function better when I was scheming about how to dominate Agnes than when I did anything else.

After running through the plan in my head, I stepped toward her and called out loud enough for everyone to hear.

"Captain! I found a way to escape!"

"Really?"

Agnes and the other elves immediately turned to me, gathering around with wide eyes.

Had they ever paid me this much attention before? Even in my previous life?

Shoving the thought aside, I faced Agnes and gave a firm nod.

"Yes. Fortunately, it's the exact same type of magic I'm familiar with."

"You're surprisingly knowledgeable… So how do we break out?"

"It's a technique only I can perform. But it's simple, and we can leave immediately. However, there's something I'd like to ask of you, Captain."

"What kind of favor?"

Agnes asked with a puzzled expression, completely unaware of what was coming.

And with my next words, not only did her expression freeze, but so did the faces of every elf standing nearby.

 "Please fuck me here."
