So much life. She never realized how much life a planet could have, from the smallest bacteria to the largest animal a planet has so much life that at first it shocked her mind. After calming down from the sheer amount of information Asuna was absorbing from this one planet they now figured was the close to the size of Jupiter she focused on finding sentient life; Humans, Nemekians or other Kai.
Shifting through millions of different life forms was taxing for Asuna but she eventually found something or someone's? Groups of similar individuals huddled together possibly in cities or towns. Asuna was exactly sure but didn't care as she was way to interested to continue sitting around.
Wanting to see who or what they beings were Asuna decided to fly and how best then to make a leap of faith...
After an hour of rubbing here head due to the pain of leaping off a cliff to give her motivation to fly and the absolute failure and pain said failure led to caused the incredibly embarrassed Kai to use a dragonball wish to erase that memory from the world when she got the chance.
"Stupid gravity making me fall." Asuna muttered to herself as she decided to use her amazing Kai/ Android brain to allow the flow of energy to flow through her body and down to allow her to separate her body from the normal gravitational flow. This was actually very easy and it only made her even more embarrassed about her leap of faith.
Now in the air she slowly but steadily flew towards the mysterious life on this planet.
"Chibis?!?" Asuna who was floating a good distance away from the somewhat advanced village of well for lack of a better word was Chibis. They looked like small adorable versions of different being. They looked like Chibi humans but had either elf ears or animal ears and tails. They were so cute but the question still remained.
"Why are Chibis in Dragonball? I'm not a Chibi... Wait am I an Arial's version of Dragonball?" That would be both good and bad, the little adorable monster would wreak her if given a chance but at the same time as long as Asuna left her family alone then all would be fine. I mean who else can blow out the sun with a breath then use a light bulb to fix it.
"No even Arial isn't Chibi she's just short and adorable and has god-like cartoony powers. I guess we only ever see a handful or planets and races in the show, movies and manga's so a world of Chibi fantasy people isn't to farfetched. Makes as much sense as a world where beings change into giant murder monkeys on the full moon."
Nodding her head please with herself at making this crazy new life of her makes complete sense and not the fever dream if may be ended her procrastination.
"Lets say hi to my new cuddle buddies!" Asuna not realizing how manic her appearance was for just a brief moment.
"I probably should have thought this through." Asuna muttered as she watched hundreds of Chibis run in circles in fear of the strange being that literally flew down from the sky. Ya, defiantly a bad move but then again I am a beautiful goddess so theatrics come with the territory, especially for my debut.
"Silence!" I spoke, infusing my voice with Ki allowing my stable voice to carry throughout the village.
At my command they all slowed to s stop and looked at me. The weirdest most unsettling part was they all tilted their heads slightly, like a child being confused. If one was doing it it would have been cute and endearing but hundreds doing it all at once was similar to a horror movie about dolls.
"Greeting everyone, my name is Asuna and I am a Kai... a goddess, I recently awoke on this lovely planet and was to introduce myself to your people..." The looks are really getting creepy. "Is there a leader I may speak with?"
At my question which seemed to finally snap the Chibis out of there creepy trances a single taller Chibi (by about an inch) walked forward. Like all the Chibis I have seen they looked very young with this one having elf like ears and tribal tattoos or maybe face paint, blonde short hair and green eyes made her look on a mix of cute and pretty.
"Hello there Asuna" began the chief Chibi in a not squeaky but defiantly young voice. "I am Lef, the leader of the Teko-Suru people or Teko for short. may I inquire as to what a Kai or goddess is and what you want from us?"
Teko-suru... adapt? That's a weird name but maybe it doesn't mean the same thing here. I guess ill figure that out later.
"Greetings Lef. Kais are being who create life, create worlds, their purpose is to ensure like in the universe grows and gets stronger. Though I have a slightly different purpose that I am hoping to get started on soon. As for what I want from you... well how about friendship, I don't know anyone and perhaps we can help each other out at some point."
Lef who only comes up to my thigh turns and huddles with the entire village. The sight on of random head poking up from the huddle randomly to spy at me was adorable. It didn't really help them since I can still here them though.
"Lef, what do we do? She is massive like the Bederu." "Maybe we should attack?" "Nonsense, she was fly and I am not very goof shot with the rifle." "Maybe she wants a sacrifice, Maple is lookin sick and weary we could offer her up." "I'll offer you up you no good sister of mine!"
As the frankly hysterical and slightly concerning discussion was going on with the entire village Lef finally spoke up and once she made her decision relayed it me, which I gracefully pretended was the first time I heard it.
"Asuna Kai Goddess, we accept friendship and are open to helping each other out but I have one question before we can continue."
What is it? Also please call me Asuna, Kai and goddess mean the same thing and just titles and what I am."
"Very well... Asuna, you say Kai's are the bringer of life correct?" I nod "But you say your have a different purpose. It is an evil purpose? The Bederu are evil and we will not be part of those ways."
"Well Lef and the rest of the Teko I want to know more later of these Bederu but No I am not with them. My purpose, my goal is to recreate the afterlife." That defiantly got their attention as they all stirred. "Let me tell you a story."
