THE NEXT DAY
XAVIER'S POINT OF VIEW:
I couldn't believe it. Here I was, barely able to stand without feeling like the world was tilting, and suddenly all three of them were practically climbing into bed with me. Like, seriously, how did this become a cuddle party?
Adrian was the first settling on my right side, his arm a warm, steady weight across my waist. Then Jaxon slipped in from the foot of the bed, pulling one of my legs over his, like it was the most natural thing in the world. Michael wasn't about to be left out, he nestled in close on my left, his hand resting lightly on my arm.
"Come on, Xavier." Adrian whispered, voice low and impossibly soft. "You're not going anywhere."
"Yeah." Jaxon teased, a grin in his voice. "Why would you even try? We're all here."
Michael gave a little chuckle.
"You're stuck with us now."He said.
I tried to protest, but my voice cracked into a squeak that barely made it out.
"I, uh guys, I'm not that cuddly."I muttered.
