I stiffened, looking between the two of them. They looked like they were just teasing each other like friends, but I knew better after the conversation with the three Prince's last night, and I could pick out the hardness hidden underneath their easy voice.
I was about to make an excuse about wanting to return back into the party when Landon stepped closer to me then he draped a hand over my shoulder, a smile across his lips as he scoffed.
"And why would I do such a thing?" He crooned as I stiffened even more.
Hugo let out a laugh as he stared betweem me and Landon .
