"She made father upset with me." I ranted on. "I was punished, beaten, humiliated and confined to my own bed chambers like a prisoner. And to make matters worse, Liam and Noah do not believe my words. They think that i am responsible for all this and it's all because of her."
"So how long do you intend to stay angry at her then? A week? Months? A year?" She asked with emphasis.
"As long as it takes." I walked away from where i stood. "I don't want any more problems especially from a girl that i do not even like or have any intentions of mating. She's Liam's problem now."
"You cannot stay away or avoid her you know." My mother reminded me. "She's your mate and you're tied together by your fated bond. And I'm sorry if no one believed you but i want you to know that i do believe you."
"Of course you do. You're my mother so you don't have a choice but to believe me." I reminded her in case she forgot that little detail.
