10th of February.
"Would you please just hurry? Tasha
asked impatiently.
"I'm coming, can't you see?" Lily said, her suitcase won't move. "Help me please" she pleaded.
"I warned you about that dumb list but you wouldn't just listen, see how heavy it is" Tasha said as they pushed the suitcase to the plane together.
"Now is not the time to start blaming me please" Lily said exhausted. As they say down panting heavily, they heard shouts outside. They looked through the window wondering what was happening, as they looked, they sighed regretfully.
"Bully's" Tasha said quietly and hissed.
"Disgusting people" Lily added and they laughed together. Just then they came inside, and everybody kept quiet like they were gods. They were enjoying, it was visible in the way they smiled as they sat down together.
"Least I forget, Mrs favour told me to select someone to give the Val's speech. So will you do it?" Lily asked as the plane took off.
"Me?" Tasha said surprised "but
Sharon has always wanted to do it, like she said she was going to do it" she added.
"Well, I'm the one in charge is selecting, so I select you" Lily said admant.
"But you know I can't, the Val's speech is a very big opportunity and it's for the rich. I don't have any fancy dress or expensive bags and..." Tasha was saying when Lily caught her off.
"Tasha, we'll cross that bridge when we get there okay?" She said reassuringly.
"What if I don't even want to get to the bridge at all" Tasha said pouting.
"Tasha please do it for me. I don't want that bitch to do it"Lily said
"You wouldn't dare" Gusty said behind them. Lily groaned loudly as she turned and looked at them. She didn't even know they were at their back.
"You know I'm not scared of you right?" She said infuriated. " Who do you think you are you say what's going to happen on Val's night?" She added fuming.
"Sharon will do it, nobody else and that's final" Gusty smouldered. Tasha shook her head slowly, she wasn't in for all this. Not on the plane, she sniffled.
" We the fuck do you think you are?" Lily fumed. Bose laughed.
"Who put you in charge?"he asked
"You know you have no other choice unless you don't want to enjoy your vacation" Miles said.
" We will see about that" Lily said seething.
"Boys leave her, she don't know what she's up against" munchy said as he leered at her.
"You don't know what you're up against too, don't forget my parents are lawyers" Lily said challengingly.
" Oh, oh, we're scared"Zuba said mockingly and they laughed sarcastically.
Gusty kept quiet, staring at Tasha. He doesn't have issues with that blabber mouth called Lily. How he wished Tasha would just open her damn mouth and say something, that'll be his joy.
Tasha knew he was staring at her. She could feel his eyes on her. Damnnn, she wasn't ready for all this. They were just on the way and they were already fighting.
Lily sat down seething with rage,who the fuck do they think they were. Did they think she was Tasha, who has nobody to speak for her, they wouldn't dare try nonsense if not they'll find themselves in prison. She trust her parents.
"Let's change seats. Let's move to another seat"Lily said to Tasha but she refused.
"What?" Lily asked
"I'm not sure I can do this"Tasha said and Lily's eyes widen in shock.
"Of course you can"
"No, what I meant was that, I can't do it. I won't do it. I don't want trouble Lily"Tasha said pleadingly.
"You're safe with me, I'll make sure if that. You know right?"Lily asked
"I just can't"Tasha said as she shook her head.
Lily stared at her quietly in shock, she shook her head angrily, harrumphed and moved to another seat.
"Fuck" Tasha whispered, her vacation was already ruined, she thought as tears slipped from her eyes.
"We're finally at fantasy island. Fasten your seat belt ready for landing" The air hostess said from the intercom. The students shouted joyfully as they looked through the window.
As they landed, Mrs favour stood up quietly.
"Now, you all will behave yourself so as not to soil the name of this prestigious school in the mud and also the name of your parents. Understood?" She asked
"Yes" the students screamed In ectasy, they couldn't wait to just get out of the plane.
"One more thing"Mrs favour said and the students groaned.
"You all will follow me to the reception to get the keys to your room. And remember, it's two in a room. Understood?" She asked
"Yes ma" they screamed laughing.
"Now you can get out of the plane" She said as she came out first.
"Ahh" She said to her self as she stepped out, "fresh air" she added smiling.
"Lily Williams" she called as Lily came out.
"Yes?"Lily answered as she came towards her. As they spoke, the students ran out shouting and hugging each other in joy. Who wouldn't love fantasy island, home to nature and flowers. The most beautiful and rare flowers or leaves were found here. They carried their suitcases and went to the hotel in sight. It was not far from the airport. It was at a trekkable distance.
Tasha collected the key to her and Lily's room, wrote her name and Lily's name and stood at a corner waiting for Lily. Lily came in, went to the receptionist, looked at the book and sighed frustrated. She wish she wouldn't stay with Tasha but it was already too late. All the rooms were occupied.
"The key" she demanded as she went to Tasha. Tasha hugged her tightly.
"I love you Lily, I'm really sorry" she whispered in her ears. Lily sighed and hugged her back.
"You know what you're doing right?"Lily asked as she released her.
"What?"Tasha asked smiling as they moved to their room.
"You're behaving sweet so I'll forgive you" Lily said smiling
"Of course not" Tasha said laughing.
They got to their room on opening the door, Lily gasped in surprised.
"Wow, it's really big"Lily said. It was beautiful, painted in white colour, with two beds, each at the edge and a table beside each bed. The black wardrobe was large enough for the both of them. The room was spacious.
"Right" Tasha murmured closing the door. Lily turned and laughed. Tasha was already on the bed sleeping. She chuckled as she laid down.
"Fuck, the bed is do soft" she murmured as she drifted to sleep.

Tasha murmed gibberish as she hugged the pillow tighter. Oh how she wish she could sleep for ever but someone was calling her name repeatedly. She opened her eyes and saw Lily peering at her like she just got back from the dead. Geezzz, she hissed as she got up.
"What?" She demanded yawning
"We are needed at the hall" Lily said as she sat on the bed. She poked Tasha lightly.
"Go take your bath, I'll wait outside" Lily added as she stood up.
Tasha groaned as she stood up reluctantly and walked to the bathroom.
When they got to the hall, Mrs favour wasn't there yet. The hall was rowdy, everyone had something to say. They sat down at the front row. As they sat down, Mrs favour trudged in, followed by two female teachers. All the students greeted her and kept quietly instantly as if controlled by a remote.
"Now, I called you students here for a very important reason and I want you all to pay attention" she began "in this vacation, we have a list of things to do"
"Firstly" she continued " we'll go to Rosy garden tomorrow for sight seeing and exploration. It is the home or kingdom to flowers"
"Wow" the students gasped.
"After that" she carried on " well celebrate Valentine's day at the vining behind the island, it's a very cosy area, you'll love it"
"Mrs favour it seams you know your way around here. Did your husband proposed here?" A student said jokingly and everyone laughed. Mrs favour smiled and shook her head.
"I've been the principal of this school for a very long time benji, I know here like the back of my palm" she said.
" Lastly, we will give our speech. Which is the most important of all occasion, because top men who are sponsors of our school will be there and cameras and the rest, so you all will comport yourself. Understood"
"Yes ma" the students roared
" If any other activity pops up, I'll let you guys know. Now you can all retire to your rooms, goodnight and God bless you" she said as she left the hall.
As they walked to their rooms, Tasha's phone rang.
"Hey Mom, I was going to call you" Tasha said.
"Hey baby, I couldn't stop thinking about you. How are you?" Mrs Adele asked.
"I'm good mom, everything, everywhere is perfect" Tasha said excitedly as she entered their room. "Even the rooms are big and spacious"
" Seems like you're enjoying yourself"
" I just got here, but I'm loving it already" Tasha gushed.
"Just be careful okay?, I'm really worried" her mom said
"Don't be, I'm safe besides I'm not the only student here" Tasha said as she sighed.
"Fine, good night love"
"Good night Mom, love you"
