Chapter 8 - Chapter 8: The new day

The morning sunlight streamed gently through the window, accompanied by the soft chirping of birds.

I slowly opened my eyes, another day had begun.

A lot had happened since I regressed back to my fifteen self.

When I turned to the side, I noticed Sister Sofia was no longer there… and strangely, my blanket was gone too.

I sat up, stretched my arms and shoulders, then got out of bed and headed outside toward the well to wash up.

The church was quiet. The children must still be asleep in their room.

As I stepped into the yard, I saw Sister Sofia in her usual nun outfit, hanging my blanket up on the clothesline.

"Good morning, Sister Sofia," I greeted her.

She jumped slightly, surprised by my sudden voice.

"Kya!"

She let out a small, startled yelp, almost too cute for her age.

"Ah… good morning, Alex,"

she replied with a warm smile, but I noticed her face turning slightly red when she looked at me.

"…Don't forget, Alex," she added quickly, trying to hide her flustered expression,

"Today, you're leaving for the town, the class ceremony."

Then, without waiting for a reply, she turned around and walked back inside the church, her robe swaying gently behind her.

I was so confused by the way she acted. It was almost as if she hadn't noticed what I did to her last night when we were sleeping together.

As I was about to finish washing my face, a sudden thought struck me—Amber. I had completely forgotten about her.

Without hesitation, I sprinted back to the church and rushed toward Sister Sofia's room. I opened the door and stepped inside quickly.

"Ah, Alex, look! Amber is awake!" Sister Sofia exclaimed cheerfully.

She was already seated beside Amber, who had finally regained consciousness. But something felt off. I didn't want Sister Sofia to be here, not beside Amber. A quiet fear stirred in my chest. What if Amber told her what I did to her yesterday?

Amber sat upright, her posture still and composed, staring at me in silence. I had expected her to scream the moment she saw me, to lash out—kick me, punch me, anything. But instead… she just looked at me. Calm. Quiet. Different.

"Amber, are you alright?" Sister Sofia asked gently, placing a hand on Amber's shoulder.

Amber gave her a small nod, then slowly rose to her feet.

"Ah, you should rest a little longer, Amber!" Sister Sofia said with concern.

Then, Amber walked up to me. Her expression was different from yesterday.

She used to wear that sharp, alert gaze—eyes that were strong, deadly, always ready to strike. But now, they had softened. There was no trace of hostility in them.

She looked at me not with anger or suspicion… but with something else. Something I couldn't quite understand.

"A… Alex…"

She softly called my name, then, without warning, she leapt into my arms, wrapping her arms tightly around me.

"What?!"

"Oh my!"

Both Sister Sofia and I were stunned by her sudden embrace. I stood frozen, completely caught off guard. This wasn't the reaction I was expected.

"Alex… about yesterday,"

She looked up at me as she spoke, her expression unexpectedly soft.

Without thinking, I quickly covered her mouth with my hand and pulled her out of the room, leaving Sister Sofia behind in confused silence.

As I dragged her outside, she didn't resist or even flinch. Instead, I felt something warm, her tongue, gently licking the inside of my palm.

Startled, I quickly pulled my hand away from her mouth.

"Listen here, you freak," I whispered harshly, leaning in close.

"If you say anything about what happened in the forest to Sister Sofia… you'll be dead by my hand. Got it?"

She nodded silently, then, without saying a word, she gently took hold of my right hand.

Slowly, she lifted it… and placed it against her soft chest.

"…Amber will belong to Alex,"

she whispered softly.

But then her gaze shifted downward, her voice barely above a whisper.

"…but father won't approve of this," she said, her words heavy with sadness. "So… this will be goodbye, Alex."

I saw a tear slip down her cheek, and it only deepened my confusion. Her words "I belong to you" kept echoing in my mind. Did I really… tame her? Was that what this was?

She was nothing like the Amber I knew. The aggressive, sharp-eyed girl who met every gaze with fire was long gone. Now, she looked like… a normal girl.

But I couldn't let my guard down. No matter how soft she seemed, Amber was never someone to be underestimated. For all I knew, this could be another trick she had hidden up her sleeve.

I reached out and gently placed my hand on her shoulder.

"I don't know what you're planning to do next… but I want you to be here—"

Before I could even finish my sentence, she threw herself at me and wrapped her arms tightly around my body again but this time she jumped on me.

"...Amber wants to be here!!" she cried out, her voice trembling with emotion.

Just then, Sister Sofia stepped out of her room.

"Oh my… are you two that close now?" she said with a playful giggle, clearly amused by the sight of Amber clinging tightly to me.

Amber didn't move, still holding on as if she hadn't heard her at all.

"It… seems like it," I replied, forcing an awkward smile.

Sister Sofia chuckled softly. "Alright then, I'll go check on the other girls."

With that, she turned and walked away, leaving the two of us alone once more.

I gently pushed Amber away from me, creating some space between us.

"Oi, listen up," I said firmly.

She stopped immediately, standing still. Her posture straightened, and she focused on me. I was honestly surprised that she listened so obediently.

"…I want you to stay here," I said, my voice steady.

"Protect everyone in this church. Don't you dare let any stranger lay a hand on anyone here. You hear me?"

She nodded her head eagerly

"I will tell your father about everything and ---'

Before I could even finish my sentence, she grabbed my wrist and started dragging me back toward Sister Sofia's room.

Then, without warning, she pushed me onto the bed.

She leaned in closer, gently sucking on my lip and my tongue while her hand began to trail downward to my dick, suddenly a loud growl rumbled from her stomach.

We both froze.

"…."

Her face turned bright red with embarrassment.

She was probably hungry, after all, she hadn't eaten anything except my cum since yesterday.

"Let's go get some breakfast," I said softly, gently stroking her head.

She looked up at me with wide eyes, then gave a small, grateful nod.

Somehow, when she became like this I just hoped that she wouldn't do anything stupid to the other while I was away.

When the two of us arrived at the kitchen, the kids were finally starting to wake up. A few were still asleep, their heads resting on the dining table. The only one already active was Miko, the eldest, who was helping Sister Sofia prepare breakfast.

I turned to Amber and introduced her to them.

"That girl helping Sister Sofia is Miko—the oldest of the four. The two still asleep on the table are Lia and Mia. And the one sitting over there is Falin."

Miko and Falin greet Amber with a smile.

Amber slowly sat next to Falin.

"Big sis looks so pretty!"

Falin beamed up at Amber with an innocent smile.

Amber's expression softened at the compliment, and for the first time, she crouched down and began talking gently with Falin.

But then… someone entered the church.

Footsteps echoed quietly through the hall, approaching the kitchen. The moment the figure stepped closer, Amber immediately stood and moved to intercept. With swift, precise motion, she pinned the intruder against the wall.

I already knew who it was.

Amber turned to me, her eyes gleaming with confidence.

"Alex, what should I do with her?"

"…Hey! Let me gooo!" Alice shouted, squirming in Amber's grasp.

"Amber, let her go!" I called out.

Amber immediately loosened her grip and returned to Falin's side as if nothing had happened.

Alice brushed herself off and walked over to me, her brows furrowed.

"What's with her? And why is she here?"

I sighed and explained, "Amber's having some issues with her family. She's staying here for now."

Alice didn't seem particularly bothered by the explanation. She just shrugged and said,

"Alright, whatever. Let's go, Alex, we'll be late!"

I nodded."Wait outside for a bit."

Turning back to the room, I waved and said my goodbyes to Sister Sofia, Amber, and the children. Then I followed Alice out, heading with her to the nearby town for the class ceremony.
