Everyone who had been busy with their experiments suddenly received a message from Prometheus. They were instantly stunned.
"Heading to another world? And it's that Honkai: Star Rail world? It even has something called Paths?"
Immediately, their interest was piqued. After roughly understanding the Star Rail world, everyone became excited.
"Let's go! The geniuses over there are super interesting!"
Mobius expressed strong interest. Of course she wanted to go. And she was especially intrigued by the concept of the Paths — another way of gaining power. The others felt the same. So everyone unanimously agreed: let's all go to the Star Rail world together.
With that, they asked Prometheus to quickly reply to Takumi, telling him they wanted to go.
After receiving a reply from the other end (March 7's side), Takumi asked them to come to his villa the next day. Once everything was arranged, he turned to Bronya and said:
"It's all set. We'll head over tomorrow."
Bronya nodded. "I'm actually looking forward to it. Though, when we get there, the Aeons might take notice of us. Ahaha might even be delighted, huh?"
Thinking about that mischievous Aeon, Bronya felt a bit helpless. Surely, once they arrived, that troublemaker would come poking around.
"Whatever," Takumi shrugged. "I'm not afraid of Aeons anymore."
He was quite confident about that. And if he really couldn't deal with something, he could always spend points to summon help. Wasn't there that problematic Demon Lord in the group? Give her a few points, and others would be eager to send her over. Shiroyasha would definitely be willing. Once she finished reading those Problem Children novels, she'd surely be desperate to earn more points. After all, the future of Little Garden wasn't going to be peaceful.
So Takumi wasn't worried at all.
Bronya raised an eyebrow at his words but didn't say more. Thinking about it, it did seem like there was no need to worry. There were now more powerful members in the group, and going wild in another world shouldn't be too much of a problem.
Seeing it was getting late, Bronya got up to wash up. With just her and Takumi in the house, things sometimes got a little awkward. The others weren't around, so she had to kill time chatting in the group chat.
But then another thought popped into her mind — wasn't Kaguya Houraisan supposed to come over?
Why hadn't she arrived yet?
While taking a shower, she couldn't help but ask in the group chat:
Bronya: [@Kaguya Houraisan, weren't you coming over? Why aren't you here yet?]
Bronya was puzzled. You already got the points. Don't tell me you plan on running away now?
Seeing her message, Kaguya Houraisan quickly explained:
Kaguya Houraisan: [Still packing things up. Also, there are people on the moon who want to come down too. It might take some time!]
After all, the whole of Gensokyo was moving. It wasn't something that could happen overnight. So they still needed a bit more time.
Takumi: [I'm heading to Star Rail tomorrow. If you're coming over later, just contact Mio. She'll help arrange everything.]
Takumi posted that message in the group chat. A lot of people were now in Takumi's world, so getting there wasn't hard — it was just a matter of contacting the right person.
Kaguya Houraisan: [No problem! You go take care of your stuff. When I arrive, I'll just set up a little Eternal Pavilion near your place. Shouldn't get in anyone's way.]
If others wanted to live nearby, that would be up to them.
After learning this, Bronya murmured to herself. So they weren't coming today after all? She'd thought they'd arrive today. Guess not — it would take more time.
Looks like she wouldn't get to meet the people from Gensokyo right away.
She scrolled through the group chat a bit, then after finishing her nightly routine, stayed in her room reading a book. She occasionally peeked at the chat — Shiroyasha and the others were still reading the novels. They probably wouldn't finish until tomorrow.
The night passed uneventfully.
The next morning, after Takumi woke up, Mobius, Vilvie, and Dr. Mei arrived at his place right away. Along with them were Klein and the Cangxuan-Danzhu sisters.
"When are we leaving?"
Mobius immediately asked upon seeing Takumi and Bronya eating breakfast. She clearly couldn't wait to go.
Takumi glanced at her. The dark circles under her eyes said it all — she'd obviously stayed up late again.
"Let's wait until March 7 and the others return. Or... you guys can go first. I can send you to Herta's side."
Takumi looked at her, speechless. What's the rush?
"No, let's wait. We'll go together!!"
Go ahead without Takumi? No way.
The Star Rail world was dangerous. It was better to stick together. Otherwise, she wouldn't feel safe. If they went alone and got targeted, then what?
So they decided to wait.
Takumi gave her an exasperated look.
"Have you eaten?"
If you don't want to go alone, then don't complain.
Changing the topic, Takumi asked about breakfast.
"We already ate! You two go ahead. Let us know when we're leaving. I'm going to nap~"
Mobius flopped straight onto the couch without a care, treating Takumi's place like her own.
Dr. Mei and Vilvie didn't say anything either. They found places to sit and resumed going through their documents.
After Takumi and Bronya finished breakfast, he messaged March 7's group.
But this time, she didn't reply.
Takumi was puzzled. Still sleeping?
Just as he was about to ask Prometheus to wake them, he heard their voices outside.
"We're here! We've arrived!"
March 7, Stelle, and Lumine walked in. They were all wearing the latest JK uniforms from their world, looking stunning. Anyone who didn't know better would think they were high school girls.
Even Paimon had changed into a new outfit.
Seeing them, Takumi couldn't help but grumble:
"You guys are, what, a few thousand or tens of thousands of years old combined? Are you seriously okay with pretending to be high school girls?"
Seriously, come on.
Who taught you to dress up like students?
