In the original storyline, the T-Virus vaccine was hidden on Dr. Alexander Isaacs himself. He was the ultimate big boss of the Resident Evil world the one who unleashed the T-Virus across the globe. He was the mastermind behind the world's destruction. Moreover, Isaacs was a powerful mutant.
Heroine Alice Abernathy nearly lost her life battling Dr. Isaacs to seize the vaccine. Fortunately, her protagonist's destiny saved her, and she ultimately fulfilled her mission to save the world.
For ordinary people, even knowing the story, wresting the serum from Isaacs's grasp would be nearly impossible. He not only possessed immense strength but also commanded numerous mutated creatures and had a formidable lieutenant at his side.

They were far stronger than before. Some felt reborn.
Vincent's own Strength had broken 300. His durability and agility were also nearing 300. His Saitama Physique was truly phenomenal. Every day he trained and saw his stats climb.
Secretly, Vincent had tested his newfound power. A single punch could deliver over a ton of force enough to punch through a one-centimeter steel plate.
His muscles were so dense that ordinary handgun rounds bounced off. He was effectively impervious to blades and small arms fire. Only high-caliber weapons posed a threat.
As for Agility, in an all-out sprint he covered 100 meters in 3.62 seconds faster than a cheetah.
