Woooooo~
An air raid siren blared through the town. It was a signal from the church, warning its congregation to return immediately. The Otherworld was about to descend, and soon, the world outside the church would be filled with danger.
On his way to the hospital, Alan was surrounded by a group of child-like monsters, their bodies smoldering like embers. Sparks flew from their eyes, ears, mouths, and noses as they let out shrill, piercing cries.

With a single sweep of his sword, he eliminated hundreds of them. "I still prefer the bugs," he muttered. "They're bigger and more filling."
Walking up to the hospital entrance, a metal plaque embedded in the wall caught his attention again. 'Thanks to Weyland Corporation for the medical equipment funding.'
"Weyland? As in, the company from Alien?" Alan pushed up his nonexistent glasses. "On the way here, I saw a sign for Raccoon City, so the Umbrella Corporation must be involved."
Umbrella, Weyland, Osborn Industries…
"The world I've come to isn't just DC and Marvel," he reasoned, holding his chin. "It must be a full-blown American comic book universe." He considered this for a moment. "So when this timeline ends, will I return to the same one?" He shrugged. "Doesn't matter. I'm in Gotham. I'll just ask Batman when I get back."
In the distance, the cultists, wrapped in sealed, fire-retardant suits, watched as their target walked into the hospital. The odor-isolating clothing was designed to block the monsters' detection. As long as they avoided the marked restricted areas, they could move freely in the Otherworld. The most terrifying of these forbidden zones was Alchemira Hospital, because Alessa's real body was hidden in its basement.
"Alright, let's retreat. This guy is dead," one of the cultists said. "I've never seen anyone escape from the hands of Pyramid Head."
They had broken into the hospital several times, and they knew the monsters well. The only truly terrifying entity was Pyramid Head, who roamed the hospital freely, hunting down any living person who dared to enter.
Inside, the gloomy hospital corridors were stained with blood, creating a terrifying atmosphere. Alan walked straight to the elevator and headed for the basement, where Alessa was hidden.
His steps stopped. At the stairwell ahead, a pair of long, shapely legs was making seductive movements.
For a moment, Alan smiled so brightly his gums showed. "Long legs! Don't run!"
What's Alessa compared to a pair of long legs?
He shouted and chased the legs into the stairwell, tackling the monster that was trying to escape. "Don't be shy, turn around… hehehe…"
After rolling it over, he suddenly realized it was a four-legged monster.
A sword slashed out.

Alan said righteously, "I could tell at a glance you weren't human."
Since he had to take the stairs anyway, there was no point in waiting for the elevator. Using his Rope Claw, he swung down the elevator shaft. Soon, he reached the ground floor. The flickering light of a swaying chandelier illuminated a group of twisted nurses, their bodies contorted unnaturally as they blocked the passage to the basement.
Alan took a step forward. The sound of his footsteps made the nurses twitch, as if the sound had triggered their attack pattern.
"The Bubble Head Nurses!" This was the monster Alan had been looking forward to meeting. They all had figures like Victoria's Secret models; their swollen, featureless faces were no longer important.
"Dance to my beat!" Alan twisted his body as he walked. One of the main purposes of this trip was to dance with the nurses.
The nurses approached step by step, brandishing scissors and syringes. Alan kept posing and flirting. "Follow my rhythm, babies!"
At that moment, a figure appeared at the door to the basement. It was a little girl with messy hair, looking at Alan with disbelief. Are you crazy? she seemed to think. How can you dance in my hospital? Have some respect! This is a horror movie set!
"I said, follow my beat!"

After killing all the nurses, Alan said proudly, "This is what happens when you don't follow my rhythm." He then noticed the figure at the door. "There's one more that got away."
When Alan saw Alessa, he immediately went forward to gain some more experience.
"Don't come over here! Who are you?" Alessa screamed in panic. If you meet a madman, you can't reason with them. If he killed one of her incarnations, it would take a lot of energy to create a new one, and her control over Silent Hill would drop to its lowest point.
"You can communicate? I'm Alan."
"Alessa."
Smack!
The next second, Alan walked up and started beating her up.
Alessa's mind was buzzing, and she looked confused. Her eyes were innocent as she asked, "What did I do to deserve this?"
"Is your name Alessa?"
"Yes."
"Is Silent Hill under your control?"
"Yes."
"Then I didn't hit the wrong person," Alan said righteously. "As a dungeon NPC, you should have come out and given me a quest right away. You made me come all the way here to accept it. I'm giving you a bad review later."
What are you saying? I don't understand a word. Alessa's eyes grew more and more innocent. This time, she had met a real lunatic, one who seemed far crazier than any of the cultists. Although her main body was protected by Samael's power, it couldn't stop this madman from doing other things.
In the basement, next to a hospital bed surrounded by an isolation sheet, a female nurse in a red sweater was sobbing. The young nurse, Lisa, had taken a peek out of curiosity and had been blinded as a result. She was recalling her tragic past when she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her waist and went flying.
It was Alan, who had just entered the room and kicked her away.
"Why did you kick her?" Alessa asked in surprise. This madman did things without any rules, and she was genuinely worried he would do something excessive.
Lisa held her waist in pain and looked over with a pair of bleeding, hollow eyes, looking aggrieved, as if she wanted to know the reason.
"Who told her not to look at me in the eye?" Alan looked at the ceiling guiltily, refusing to admit that he had thought she was a ghost in red and had to strike first.
This time, Lisa felt even more aggrieved. If you want me to look you in the eye, I need to have eyes first.
"What are you doing?" Alessa watched nervously as Alan approached the bed, already preparing to summon Pyramid Head to protect her body.
"You're so beautiful," Alan said sincerely.
"Beautiful?" Alessa's lips twitched as she considered his words. She never expected to receive praise.
"Well… wrapped up like a mummy. It has a kind of beauty that doesn't care about the lives of others," Alan expressed his true thoughts.
Pfft! One sentence made the aggrieved nurse Lisa laugh. Then, she smiled a smile that was uglier than crying as Alessa glared at her with murderous eyes. It's over, she thought. I'm done for.
"Tell me your purpose," Alessa said, her voice dropping. "My patience has reached its limit." She didn't believe his nonsense about accepting missions. If she couldn't get a reasonable explanation, she would summon her monsters at any time to deal with the stranger in front of her.
