Desmond stood up, his eyes locked on Raquel. "You can't just take her away without a reason," he said, his voice firm.
Raquel raised an eyebrow. "And who are you to question me?"
"I'm her brother," Desmond replied, his eyes never leaving Raquel's face.
Raymond snorted. "Brother? You mean you're just trying to protect your little crush?"
Desmond's eyes flashed with anger, but he kept his cool. "I'm just stating the fact. You can't take her without a reason."
Miguel stepped forward, his eyes gleaming with interest. "Let's see what she can do. If she'll survive in the punishment room."
The 3Ps went out of the class, but Desmond also stood up and went straight to the king's office.
Punishment Room
A cold and scary room filled with torture instruments. But a person with many powers could escape unharmed.
Camille was tied to the torture chair, looking confident despite the situation.
King's Royal Office
"Your Majesty," Desmond bowed. "My sister has been taken to the punishment room by the 3Ps without a valid reason. And I can't just watch my sister get punished for nothing on our first day here."
"Desmond, calm down. Let's go get your sister out of there; she must not get hurt," the king said.
They both went out of the office and headed straight to the punishment room.
Punishment Room
"See her sexy leg, girl," Raymond said.
"Yeah, she's fine, though she needs to be taught a lesson that whenever she sees the 3Ps, she must move out of the way," Miguel said with a lollipop in his mouth.
"Shut up, you perverts! I would never respect you for this. Bringing me to the punishment room on my first day here? Fuck you all!" Camille shouted.
"Guards, torture her. Or wait, I'll torture her myself," Raquel said with a devilish grin.
He pushed his hand towards Camille, and she started screaming in pain, feeling a burning sensation in her body.
"Is this all you've got?" Camille shouted and pointed her hand to the sky. Rain started falling, and she used her power to free herself from the torture chair.
As Raquel wanted to use his power on her again, King Ramon stormed in with Desmond. "Raquel, stop it immediately!"
Camille fainted.
"Do you know who she is? And why she's here?" the king asked.
"Father, she disrespected us, so we needed to teach her a lesson," Raquel replied.
"Come to my office right now, Raquel. Raymond and Miguel, go to your class. Guards, take her to the school hospital," King Ramon commanded and left the room.
Raquel tucked his hands in his pockets and followed his father. Desmond, Raymond, and Miguel left the punishment room.
"Who is she, though? The king had to come for her. But nevertheless, she's my type," Raymond said with a lollipop playing in his mouth.
"Yeah, who is she? Because her power is too active for a new student," Miguel said.
"Yeah, I know, right? I wish to know more about her. And can you believe that her so-called brother is my roommate?" Raymond said.
"What? He's your roommate? Didn't you tell your dad you didn't want a roommate?" Miguel asked, smiling.
"I actually did, but when you told your mom you didn't want a roommate, too, they didn't listen. I think it's only Raquel that has that opportunity; lucky him," Raymond pouted.
School Hospital
Camille opened her eyes and closed them again; the view was blurry but started getting clearer.
"Sis! Camille! Sis! Are you awake?" Desmond asked.
"What are you doing here? Aren't you meant to be in class?" Camille replied.
"Yes, I am, sis, but I can't just go like that without staying with you," Desmond said.
Some minutes later, Mona rushed in. "Camille! I'm so sorry; I couldn't do anything. I'm sorry," she said, tearing up.
"It's okay, Mona. I know you couldn't do anything; it's fine. How are you feeling now?" Camille asked.
"I'm getting better, thanks," Mona replied.
King Ramon's Office
"Raquel, I know she disrespected you, but you shouldn't have punished her. She's the female wonder."
"Female wonder?" Raquel asked in shock, his mouth wide open.
"Yes, we are assuming she is. She possesses different powers, which is why she was able to free herself from the torture chair," King Ramon explained.
Raquel's expression turned serious. "What does this mean for us?"
"It means we can break the curse soon," King Ramon replied. "And free Olivia from the evil supernatural forces."
Raquel's eyes lit up with excitement. "Yes! We can finally get rid of the curse and bring peace to our kingdom."
King Ramon nodded. "Exactly, son. So, I want you to know how to treat her whenever she's around. She's not like other students."
Raquel nodded, his expression still serious. "Okay, Father. I'll make sure to treat her with respect."
King Ramon smiled. "Good. Now, go to your class and let the teachers handle the rest."
Raquel nodded and left the office.
Classroom
The students were discussing Camille's situation.
"Guys! Guys!" Sultan stormed in. "The new girl has been hospitalized."
"What? Hospitalized? Serves her right," Anne said with an evil smile on her face.
"Good for her. Next time, I would be the one to punish her!" Rihanna exclaimed.
Camille's story would continue another day. The mystery surrounding her powers and her connection to the king kingdom would unfold slowly.
