In the grand hall shrouded in dark golden mist, Aaron sat upon the throne. Just as he was about to extend his spirituality toward the four figures within the glowing points below, he suddenly pinched the bridge of his nose. "No, I must act prudently, not impulsively. I need to consider everything carefully and at least eliminate some potential risks first."
Raising his head to glance at the chaos-colored eyeball embedded at the top of the throne behind him, then surveying his surroundings, Aaron waved his hand. The dark golden mist surged, lifting four objects toward him.
They were:
1. A ring set with a white gemstone resembling an eye
2. A golden staff
3. A translucent, cubic tome of chaotic hues
4. A simple silver-gray ring
These were gifts left by both God Almighty and the Celestial Worthy during Aaron's fusion with the Land of Disorder.
Taking a deep breath, Aaron expanded his spirituality while mobilizing the power of the Sephirot. The dark golden mist churned violently as he prepared for potential attacks. Then he extended his spirituality toward the four floating objects and the chaos-eyed orb atop the throne.
Moments later, Aaron opened his eyes with astonishment, murmuring, "Truly worthy of being personalities split from the Primordial, Pillar-level Outer Gods. Their gifts are indeed generous. Is this what it feels like to be blessed by fortune?"
Chaos Eye (Assimilated):
The Uniqueness of the Outer God pathway that the Son of Chaos used to infiltrate the Original Creator(World) Barrier.
Abilities: Blurs the boundaries of rules, amplifying or diminishing the effects of supernatural abilities including but not limited to damage, authority, loss of control and madness. Effective up to single-pathway true gods. Ineffective against multi-pathway true gods and Outer Gods, with backlash.
Side effects: Unusable below angel rank. After each use, passively suffers rule backlash equivalent to the target's level (e.g. affecting an angel means enduring angel-level rule backlash).
Ring of Wisdom (Semi-sealed):
Formed primarily from Sequence 2 "Wise Angel" Beyonder characteristic of the White Tower pathway, incorporating Sequences 3-9 characteristics fused with dark golden mist.
Abilities:
1. Imitation: Can analyze and mimic abilities seen. In semi-sealed state, can only analyze and mimic up to 3 abilities below Sequence 4 (maximum 90% effectiveness) or 1 Sequence 4 ability (70% effectiveness).
2. Insight: See through world's rules and fate's mysteries. Below demigod: can discern secrets of targets up to two sequences higher. Above demigod: limited to one sequence higher. Invalid against angels. Provides monthly crisis premonition.
Side effects: After use, all creatures within 1km hear/see unnatural phenomena for two hours.
Staff of the Sun-Chaser (Semi-sealed):
Formed from Sequence 2 "Lightseeker" characteristic of Sun pathway, incorporating Sequences 3-9 characteristics fused with dark golden mist.
Abilities:
1. Realm of No Darkness: Creates pure light domain blocking evil attacks.
2. Spear of Radiance: Stores light energy for attacks up to Sequence 3 level, culminating in miniature sunburst.
Side effects: Requires blood sacrifice after use. Prolonged holding forces characteristic separation with intense burning.
Tome of Chaos:
Formed from extracted Sequence 1 characteristic of Outer God Son of Chaos fused with dark golden mist.
Abilities: Similar to Chaos Eye but ineffective against Chaos pathway backlash and true god levels.
Side effects: Direct exposure to Outer God's mental corruption.
Ring of the Mysteries:
Combines Sequence 3 characteristics from Seer ("Historian"), Marauder ("Deceiver") and Apprentice ("Wanderer") pathways fused with dark golden mist.
Abilities:
1. Summon historical projections (success depends on knowledge accuracy)
2. Steal supernatural abilities (higher success when ranks are closer)
3. Spirit world travel plus record 3 demigod-level/5 lower abilities (erased after use)
Side effects: Random compulsory recitations of Celestial Worthy's honorifics with accompanying murmurs and corruption.
After initial astonishment and joy, Aaron noticed something amiss.
"'Semi-sealed state'? And only the two items left by God Almighty are semi-sealed while the Celestial Worthy's remain unsealed."
"But this makes sense. Items formed from angel-level characteristics would be classified as Grade 0 sealed artifacts by the seven orthodox churches and secret organizations."
"The Ring of Wisdom and Staff of the Sun-Chaser clearly don't match that level in either abilities or side effects. The only explanation is that God Almighty sealed part of their power when bestowing them, while eliminating most negative effects as compensation—something entirely possible for a Pillar-level Outer God."
"What surprises me most is the Chaos Eye. The torment of whispers and howls from the First to Fourth Epochs has finally borne fruit. Although it was the Nation of Disorder that assimilated this Uniqueness, my fusion with the Sephirot means I can indirectly utilize its power through the source, with the Sephirot bearing most backlash."
"The Celestial Worthy's remaining items are unsealed. The Tome of Chaos was formed from extracted Outer God Sequence 1 characteristics, but its abilities overlap with the Chaos Eye while having severe side effects—definitely Grade 0 sealed artifact level."
"Its best use would be attempting to accommodate the Outer God pathway's Uniqueness and a Sequence 1 characteristic after becoming an Outer God, potentially reaching near-Pillar status or even becoming a true Pillar-level Outer God. Only then could I truly face the Outer Gods beyond the World Barrier."
