Aiden
I walk into Montrever, and my ass hurts like hell. Selena is a big beast and she really kicked my ass. I have to act normal, no one should know that Selena and I are back together, especially Lyra. I'm walking towards my locker when Lyra appears right in front of me. "Hey Aiden, do you want to go for coffee after class?" she asks with a warm smile. For a moment I hesitate whether to agree.
Lyra's smile fades as she notices my hesitation. "Is something wrong, Aiden?" she asks, her brow furrowing slightly. I shake my head quickly, forcing a smile onto my face. "No, nothing's wrong" I lie, trying to hide the discomfort in my voice. "I just... I'm not sure if I can make it today." Her expression turns disappointed, but she nods understandingly. "Okay, maybe another time then."
As Lyra walked away, I sighed in relief. Suddenly, a hand touched my shoulder and I jumped. I turned to see Milo, who chuckled slightly at my reaction. "Easy, dude! There's no monster behind you" he joked. "I guess there's something between you and Lyra, huh?" he asked, nudging me slightly. "I guess you're finally ready to forget about Selena?"
"I don't know what you're talking about" I muttered, avoiding Milo's gaze. "Come on, man! It's obvious!" he insisted, lowering his voice. "You two have chemistry. Plus, she's hot as hell!" I rolled my eyes, feeling a pang of irritation. "Look, Milo, Lyra is a nice girl, but..." "But nothing," he interrupted, grinning. "You should give her a chance." I shook my head firmly. "I'm not interested, okay?"
As I spoke, my voice was flat and emotionless. "There's nothing between Lyra and me" I repeated, my eyes focused on the floor. "And even if there were, it wouldn't matter." Milo looked confused and hurt, his eyebrows drawing together. "What do you mean?" he asked quietly. I sighed heavily, running a hand through my disheveled hair. "It doesn't matter anyway" I said quietly.
"Okay Aiden, I won't pressure you anymore!" I smiled at him and patted him on the shoulder. "Thank you, man! You're the best!" I answered my locker and suddenly all the students fell silent and looked at her towards the entrance to the campus. Milo and I also looked at each other and my heart skipped a beat when I saw Selena and her gang behind her. She's decided to go back to Montrever. "Enough!" Milo sighed next to me. "The beast is back!"
When Selena and her gang enter the campus, the atmosphere changes dramatically. The students whisper nervously to each other, casting wary glances at the group of girls marching confidently toward the main building. Selena leads the way, her gray eyes scanning the crowd with an almost predatory intensity. "Hey, look who's back" one of her boyfriend's boys mutters, discreetly nudging him. "It's Selena Valkari."
The other guy nods, swallowing hard as he looks at Selena. "Yeah, she's definitely trouble." A chill runs down my spine, but I push it away, focusing instead on the warmth that spreads through me whenever I think about last night. Milo clears his throat, pulling me out of my reverie.
"Trouble or not, she's gorgeous" I murmur, unable to tear my gaze away from Selena as she approaches us. Her long black hair cascades down her back like a silken curtain, framing her striking gray eyes and sharp cheekbones. She moves with an animalistic grace, her muscles rippling beneath her taut skin as she walks. Milo snorts derisively beside me. "Gorgeous? More like terrifying."
Selena smirks as she overhears Milo's comment, her eyes narrowing slightly. She pauses briefly in front of us, her gaze locking onto mine for a split second before moving past us. I turn to watch her retreating form, admiring the sway of her hips and the way her jeans cling to her firm ass.
I turn back to Milo, a sheepish grin spreading across my face. "Well, she is pretty scary" I admit, "but yeah, she's hot too." "Hot enough to make you drool, apparently," Milo jokes, nudding towards my chin. "What? No!" I protest, hastily wiping at my mouth. Milo laughs, and we fall into step side by side as we make our way to class.
-------------------------------------------
"Hey dude, try this burger!" Milo says as he takes a bite of his burger. "It's amazing!" "Yeah yeah." I reply, rolling my eyes at him. We're in the campus cafeteria, and Selena is across the room with her gang. Her feet are on the table, her gaze locked on mine. Suddenly, Lyra appears in front of me, hiding Selena from my view. "Hey guys, can I sit with you?"
"Of course, Lyra" Milo says, scooting over to make room for her. I nod in agreement, trying to keep my eyes from darting back to Selena. Lyra sits down between us, smiling brightly. "So, what's good here?" "You want me to order for you?" Milo asks. "Yes, please!" Lyra replies eagerly, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. Milo grins and begins listing off various dishes, his enthusiasm infectious.
Suddenly my phone buzzes in my pocket, showing a message. I pick it up and see it's from Selena. I look at her, her eyes glinting dangerously when she sees Lyra at our table. With trembling hands, I open the message.
_„Aiden, You have two choices. Either you tell Lyra that she is not allowed to talk to you, or I will make her disappear forever. Your choice, bunny"_ I read the message twice, my heart pounding in my chest. I look up at Lyra, who is chatting animatedly with Milo about the food options. She seems so innocent, so sweet, how could Selena possibly mean what she said?
I write a reply to Selena: _„Selena, don't! She's just talking to us."_ I hit send, my heart pounding in my chest as I waited for her response. After a few minutes, I finally got it. _„If she even touches you with a finger, I'll sweep the floor with her in front of everyone!"_ This woman is fire and she's definitely not kidding.
As I stared at her message, my mind raced with possibilities. Should I warn Lyra? Confront Selena? Or just hope that this was all some sick joke? My eyes flicked back to Selena, who hadn't taken them off me since she sat down. Her expression was unreadable, but I knew better than to test her. "Earth to Aiden" Milo said, waving a hand in front of my face. "Where'd you go?"
Milo's voice snapped me back to reality. "Huh? Oh, sorry" I mumbled, stuffing my phone back into my pocket. I glanced at Lyra, who was looking at me curiously. "Sorry, what were you saying?" "Nothing important," she said with a small smile. "Just asking if you liked the pasta here." "I-I do" I stammered, trying to sound casual. "It's pretty good."
As Lyra talked, I noticed Selena getting up from her seat and approaching us. Her eyes were locked onto mine, and I could feel the intensity radiating off her. My heart began to race, and I shifted uncomfortably in my seat. "Uh, excuse me" I said abruptly, standing up. "I need to use the restroom." Lyra looked surprised, but nodded understandingly. "Okay, see you later."
I quickly backed away from the table, feeling Selena's gaze burning at my back. I crept through the crowded cafeteria, desperate to get away. As soon as I reached the hallway, I heard her voice behind me. "Aiden" she called in a commanding tone. I froze in mid-step, my heart pounding. I slowly turned to her, trying to keep a neutral expression. "Selena" I confirmed, nodding at her.
"Where are you going?" she asked, her voice laced with amusement. "I... uh..." I stumbled over my words, my mind racing. "I just needed to get some air." Selena smirked, clearly enjoying my discomfort. She stepped closer, invading my personal space. "Air? Or were you trying to escape me?" Her scent enveloped me, a heady mixture of musk and something distinctly feminine. I swallowed hard, trying to maintain my composure.
"I wasn't trying to escape" I managed to say, my voice barely above a whisper. Selena's eyes flashed with a mix of amusement and challenge. "Really?" she purred, her fingers tracing lightly down my arm, leaving a trail of goosebumps in their wake. "Because it seemed like you were trying to run from me." "I... I just needed a moment" I stammered, my heart pounding in my chest.
Selena squeezed my chin, making me look at her. "You remember what happens when you run from me, bunny, and I won't hesitate to punish you." I swallowed hard, despite her threat I felt my cock twitch in my pants. "Selena... do you remember? When I confessed that I loved you, I knew that no matter how much I ran, I would always come back to my psychopath."
Selena leaned into my ear, her voice dangerously low. "Good for you for coming to your senses, bunny, but remember, if this bitch or any other one touches you, it's going to be really bad." She bit my ear before releasing it with a pop. I groaned in pain, but it was pleasant. Selena pulled away, her gray eyes piercing me. She turned and headed back to the cafeteria.
As I watched Selena walk away, I couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and fear. On one hand, her dominance and possessiveness were incredibly arousing, sending shivers down my spine every time she made demands. On the other hand, I knew that crossing her was not an option- her threats were very real.
