I finally came to sign the divorce papers, not because I don't love you anymore, but because I'm doing it for the best for us. I've come to keep emotions aside and face reality. I can't force myself into a place where I'm not wanted. You know, I deeply love you; if it's love, I deeply love you. From the moment we met at your dad's birthday, when you escorted me to the bathroom and protected me from anyone coming in, and during our college days, I watched you being intelligent, giving speeches. I've always tried my best for us to be together, but it seems that's not what reality wants for us. The feeling isn't mutual, and the request for divorce came from you, so I just have to make you happy by granting you your wish and walking away peacefully.
"You wanted to give me a million dollars, Alimony. But I don't want to collect it because it will hold me back. It will remind me of my failed marriage. I don't want it, so I won't need anything from you. Just move on with your life while I do the same. I wish you all the best."
After Alexander read the letter, he felt a pang of uncertainty. "So she's truly gone," he thought. He scanned the room again, noticing that all her items were gone. He didn't believe she would sign the papers and leave without a fight. He didn't know why he felt weird, considering this was what he wanted, but the reality of it made him feel uncomfortable. He sat on the bed, feeling uneasy, and then called his friend Raymond.
"Raymond, I need to talk to you about something," he said, his voice laced with uncertainty...

Alexander told Raymond that he had divorced his wife, Aurora, and wasn't fine. He suggested they meet at a club to have a drink. Raymond, being a club enthusiast, excitedly agreed and proposed meeting at Star View Club by 5 PM.
Meanwhile, Aurora arrived home in a taxi. Her parents, though initially concerned about her well-being in the unhappy marriage, were relieved she had finally left. They welcomed her with love and helped her with her luggage.
Shortly after, her best friend, Caramel, arrived, hugging Aurora with a warm smile. "Peace of mind, girl! Welcome back to being single" Caramel exclaimed, and they burst into laughter.
Aurora's mom had prepared her favourite dish, chinese white rice and chicken stew. As they ate, Caramel suggested, "How about a date? I've planned something to help you move on." Aurora replied, "I don't need to; I've moved on already. If I hadn't, I wouldn't have signed those papers." Caramel teased, "You're just pretending to move on".
Aurora asked Caramel, "Who am I going on a date with?". Caramel showed her a picture of Stanley. " Aurora's eyes widened as she looked at the picture. "Wow, he looks good".
However, Aurora expressed concern about not having any sexy gowns to wear, having gained a bit of weight. Caramel was taken aback. "Sexy gown"? She asked.
"Did you still think i haven't moved on?" Aurora laughed, "see, there's no ring on my finger means I'm single as hell"
Caramel encouraged Aurora to get ready for the date. Aurora eventually found a stunning red gown that fit perfectly, giving her a youthful look. She styled her hair and applied makeup, feeling like a completely different person.
As she prepared to leave, Caramel received a message from Stanley with the address of the restaurant: GoldenLux Restaurant. A cab was already on its way to pick Aurora up, it arrived few mints later as Aurora hopped in and caramel bid her farewell.

Shortly after Aurora arrived at the restaurant. She met Stanley, who looked even more handsome than his picture. He was taken aback by her beauty and forgot his manners until she asked to sit down.
"Please, have a seat," Stanley said, standing up to pull out her chair. "Thank you," Aurora replied, smiling as she sat.
Stanley introduced himself as the Chief Executive Officer of Nuks organisation in the Charles
Aurora was surprised by Stanley's young age and already being a CEO, yet very humble. As they began to chat, she smiled, and he ordered a variety of food, including wine, a small piece of cake, and some fries. The table was soon filled with an assortment of dishes and snacks.

Alexander arrived at the club and met his friends Raymond and Charles, who were already seated at the VIP sections waiting for him. He sat down and sipped on a mild alcoholic wine. Charles asked who had initiated the divorce, and Alexander replied that it was him.
Their conversation was cut short as a stripper came in black pant and black bra and sat on Alexander's thigh, using her hand to caresses his chest.
Out of frustration he yelled at her to get off his body. The lady left embarrassed. As they continued their conversation.
Raymond laughed and said, "You mean you let go of the lady who was the apple of everyone's eye in college back then, just for wretched Diana girl?" . Alexander warned him immediately not to disrespect Diana, his soon-to-be wife.
Raymond and Charles exchanged a knowing glance and burst into laughter.
Raymond jokingly said, "I think I can make a move towards Aurora now that she's single again."
Alexander's expression turned stern, and he said, "Don't try it. Just because I divorced her doesn't mean she's not still my wife in some way." Charles and Raymond laughed even harder.
Charles explained, "There's no such thing as still being married after a divorce. An ex-wife means she's no longer your wife." As they continued drinking, Charles observed, "I hope you're not making a decision you'll regret. You seem obsessed with Aurora, but you're not willing to admit it because of Diana."
Alexander didn't respond and suggested they leave, citing work and rest. As they made their way out, Charles glanced through the glass door of a nearby eatery and removed his glasses, trying to stare. His friend asked him what was he staring at and he said "Isn't that Aurora?". He asked pointing towards the direction.
As they turned to look, they saw Aurora seated with Stanley, she beaming with happiness and had smiles on her face as she conversed with him.
Charles couldn't help but stare at Aurora's beauty, "Oh, I can't believe Aurora can look this cute. See how young and radiating she looks."
However, their light hearted moment was quickly interrupted as they noticed Alexander's face boiling with anger. " We were just divorced today, how can she move on so quickly and act like nothing happened?, Does this means she has been cheating on me before this divorce," Alexander muttered, his tone had so much bitterness.
Charles tried to intervene, "Whether she was cheating or not, the fact is you're divorced now, so let's just go."
But Alexander's mind was made up. "No, I'm not going anywhere. I'm going over there to meet them," he declare
Before his friends could react or say anything else, Alexander took off, walking towards the restaurant where Aurora and Stanley were seated...
