Chapter 13 - Chapter 13 – Crimson Duel at Red Mist Harbor

Location: Red Mist Harbor, South Blue – Cipher Pol Black Port

The mist rolled in thick and red, dyeing the sea with the color of dried blood. Ships floated silently in the harbor, anchored but unmanned. The buildings leaned like drunkards, barely standing above the shifting tide. Not a soul stirred.

Toni stepped off the skiff, Shanks just behind him.

"What is this place?" Toni asked, peering through the dense fog. His Observation Haki couldn't sense anyone—but the air smelled like steel and regret.

Shanks crouched, fingers brushing a trail of blood across the stone.

"A killing ground. Smells like... Cipher Pol's been here."

System Ping:

Area Classified: Black Zone

Status: Danger – High-Level Assassin Present

Warning: Observation Haki Null Field Detected

Rayleigh's voice crackled through the den den mushi on Toni's hip.

"Careful, lad. If this is where the next fragment lies… they'll send a monster to guard it."

Toni gripped his swords.

"I've faced monsters."

Rayleigh's voice was grim.

"This one… is human."

🩸 Enter – Crimson Myra, Cipher Pol 0 Elite

The fog parted like curtains.

She walked barefoot on the wet stone, clad in red robes lined with Cipher Pol insignia, her hair long and black, a single eye exposed beneath the cowl. In her hand was a red katana—curved and thin like a whisper.

"Toni," she said, voice cold as snowfall. "By order of the Void Archives, surrender the fragments. Or die."

Shanks stepped forward, Conqueror's Haki flaring subtly. "Another assassin? I thought you CP0 types worked from the shadows."

She didn't look at him.

"I'm not here for your life, Red Hair. But interfere, and I'll take it anyway."

Toni stepped between them.

"You're after me? Then try me."

⚔️ Duel Begins – Toni vs. Crimson Myra

Their swords clashed in the fog—steel on steel, motion against stillness.

Crimson Myra moved like blood dripping in reverse—graceful, slow at first, then impossibly fast. Toni blocked her first strike, only to find she had already repositioned.

HP -9%

Wound: Surface Cut (Neck)

Toni activated Echo Instinct, predicting her next three strikes—but she changed tempo, slicing with unnatural rhythm.

"Observation won't help," she whispered. "I trained in the Null Flow. My blade adapts to your instincts."

Toni grinned, blood at the edge of his lips.

"Then I'll stop thinking."

Twin Fang Style – Form VIII: Gale Blossom Scatter!

Wind surged. Toni vanished into the mist, dashing with Windstride in rapid flicks. He reappeared on her flank—then again behind, striking from unpredictable directions.

But Crimson Myra didn't panic.

Instead, she countered with Whisper Fang Style – Ghost Petal Bloom, scattering six phantom slashes across the air.

Each one found its mark.

HP -27%

Status: Bleeding – Moderate (Thigh, Left Shoulder)

Toni dropped to one knee, panting.

She stood tall.

"You are skilled. But not complete. The blade obeys only those who commit fully."

Toni chuckled.

"Funny. That's what the last guy said before I broke his spine-blade."

🔥 Awakening Under Pressure – Toni's New Form Emerges

Blood dripping, Toni's fingers twitched.

Something clicked inside him. The third fragment in his sword pulsed with power, reacting not just to combat—but to conviction.

System Alert: New Combat State Unlocked – "Instinct Release Mode"

Description: Temporary boost to prediction, speed, and blade form clarity

Activation: Pain threshold + mental resolve

Duration: 20 seconds max

Toni stood.

And vanished.

Wind. Shadow. Echo.

He reappeared behind Myra, striking once—then again from above—then below—cutting through her defenses with raw, undiluted instinct.

Her red blade met his in a flurry of soundless violence. Sparks flew.

Form IX – Dual Moon Crescent: Split Heaven and Hell

Toni slashed in an "X" while leaping, rotating midair—a cross-technique borrowed from the original Mythblade memories.

Crimson Myra gasped—her robe torn, blood at her ribs.

She fell to one knee.

For the first time—she smiled.

"You've awakened a memory... that even the Archives lost."

🗝️ Victory – Memory Fragment 4 Acquired

As Myra retreated into the shadows, vanishing like mist, she left behind a crimson crystal laced with Voidsteel veins.

Toni picked it up.

System Update:

Memory Fragment 4 of 5 Acquired – "Whisper Memory"

New Technique: Form IX – Dual Moon Crescent

Trait Unlocked: Instinct Release Mode

Passive Boost: Blade speed +15% when injured

Next Fragment Location: Unknown – Coordinates sealed until final trial

Shanks walked forward, brushing off dust.

"She let you live."

Toni wiped his sword and sheathed it. "No. She let me win."

🌀 Final Scene – Black Orders in Motion

Somewhere far away, in a tall obsidian tower…

The Five Elders stared into a mirror of light.

"She has confirmed it," one said. "Toni has awakened the Mythblade's fourth memory."

Another nodded. "Then we must call him."

The room went silent.

Only the clicking of spurs echoed.

A man with silver hair, a long coat of stitched flags, and an executioner's blade stepped into view.

His name: Vulgo D. Sairon – The Last Void Knight

Bounty: [Not Listed] – World Government Operative: Rank Zero

"I will erase the Mythblade," he said.

"Even if I have to cut open time itself."
