Benjamin woke up from the bed and looked at his wife who was sleeping. She had thrown away all her ideas of self worth and working hard to prove herself as she knew that no matter what she does, she could not prove to be worthy of being his main wife. She knew that she was not worthy of becoming a lady.
So sh resigned from the job and lived as a good wife. Benjamin, who had planned to announce his power, claim a lot of slaves and become a real core figure of the human federation, show off his power to alien races had simply not left the house and lived as an ordinary husband as his wife was really gentle. She took care of him more gently than his mother or nanny bot had cared for him and he was living in this gentleness.
So when Helios came over to his house and knocked on his door, only after seeing him did he remember that he had mortaged his house and had not gained enough money.
He looked at Helios and Helios spoke, "My lord, should I speak here or should I speak inside the house."
Benjamin smiled and asked, "What do you prefer?"
Helios smiled and said, "Personally I prefer to enter your house."
Benjamin nodded and allowed him to enter. Benjamin looked at Helios and asked, "I forgot about the mortage. How about I bless some items for you as payment."
Helios shook his head and said, "I am Reginald Helios my lord. I just came to inform you that your mortage is waved off. So there is no need to hold on to your property."
Benjamin shook his head and said, "I plan to walk on the path of a merchant and plan to ensure that the value of money is maintained. I will also ensure that trade and signed deal is absolute. So I cannot accept anything for nothing."
Helios smiled. It was good as long as the lord had no intent such as killing intent walking on the path of slaughtering the whole world.
So he spoke, "Lord, even if you plan to walk on the path of a businessman, you can simply give away items for lower cost. You can indeed give away items in bulk but when you walk on the path of a businessman, you should be paid for such actions. Any blessing of an intent lord starts at a quadrillion central coins and only a civilization can pay an intent lord. I am not worthy to gain such a blessing."
Benajmin nodded and took out some aura energy condensed into pure solid form as pills. He game them to Helios and asked, "How much is the cost of condensed aura of the purest quality."
Helios spoke with a smile, "1000 coins for 1 ton of aura. That is the market price."
Benjamin nodded. A single coin that he held could buy him a whole fleet from a C-type planet. The reason why he had to pay too much money for that marriage was due to the cost of living on this planet being too high. All items had aura on them. So he simply created a pill with about 100,000 tons of aura and gave it to Helios. Helios smiled and took it without even checking it.
Helios asked, "Do you have any other plan my lord. If you need anything, we from the Helios race are willing to serve you."
Benjamin asked with a doubt, "How do you plan to serve me? You already have a master. Who enslaved you using intent?"
Helios smiled and said, "My master has been long dead. I had inherited the intent as a slave from another slave who was going to die. I am a history keeper and proof of the fact that my master lived as an intent lord once. I am here as per his orders to inform you of his existence and inform you that the Helios race are all his descendants and is willing to serve you as long as you ask for it. Many among our race has the innate talent of absorbing energy from the stars. Even though we are humans ,we are potential a sub-race of humans that have evolved further just like how the humans living in the home planet are each born with higher level of genes."
Benjamin shook his head and said, "I have no plans to get subordinates or servants for now. As for slaves, I have no plan to enslave humanoid life with intelligent thoughts. My plan is to get some spirit beasts as slaves and I plan to start from enslaving a red whale. As long as you help me in find such a spirit beast that is free and is willing to take care of it after I enslave it and provide me with money, I shall indeed accept you as my subordinate."
Helios nodded and was happy. He smiled and said, "I shall indeed find the location of free spirit beasts."
Benjamin nodded and Helios smiled as he could do what any intent lord could do and his only role was to protect the Helios race. But the intent slave was restricted from acting freely or expanding the tribe as his master had restricted it.
Benjamin asked, "Is there anything else that you wants?"
Helios smiled and shook his head. He stood up and said, "That is all. I shall leave. Call me if you want me to do anything."
Benjamin nodded. He closed the door only after he had left. Many intent lords separate from the human federation and rule their own territory as a separate civilization. Some still lasts while others are destroyed in time. So seeing someone who still was part of the human federation was indeed worthy of respect or that intent lord who had died was worthy of respect.
