*The Omega stands in front of the blackened Realm Crystal, with Lloyd, Nova and Garmadon in a fighting stance before him.*
"So, this is the Realm of the First Spinjitzu Master? Soon, the power will be gone. Forever." said the Omega
"Power?" Lloyd turns to Garmadon. "Father, what is he talking about?"
"What do you think? Power of your grandfather, the power of Creation." said Garmadon.
The Omega holds his fist at them. "Soon, there will be nothing, but Destruction." Points his staff at Garmadon. "You. You are Oni. Why have you not taken this realm?" Then looks over at Nova. "Hgsjo cjaof qowp, godp feogfm vsmdle." ("After we are done with these two, you will be taken back to the other younglings little one.")
Lloyd glares at his father. "Well, I... it's complicated. Enough talk. Let's get this over with." said Garmadon.
Nova growled angrily at the Omega. "Okay that's it, I'm killing this old bastard!" She pointed her blade right at the Omega, who didn't look a bit impressed by her threat.
Lloyd immediately does Spinjitzu. "Ha-aahh!!" The Omega whips his staff against Lloyd, throwing him back against the wall. Groans and slumps to the ground. "Uah-ahh."
Nova went for the attack, running right at him with her blade but the Omega either blocked or dodged her attack, so it looked more like he was playing with her than fighting. "Gkpw vowem gpoek mvow bortm, lsg pqwir goen." ("Now isn't the time for playing youngling, listen to your elder and go back to the other younglings before I do it myself child.")
"Would you fucking stop calling me youngling! I'm 18 you ugly asshole! And would you just fucking speak english already! I'm tired of speaking your language already!?" Nova growled, going for a strike only for the Omega to trip her over with his staff.
The Omega turns his attention to Garmadon and swings his staff wildly at him. He tries to dodge it, but is struck down. Groans. Then gets up, chuckling. "Is that the worst you can do? I'm growing bored." Garmadon summons his power and throws it at the Omega. The Omega blocks it, and it bounces back. Garmadon ducks down, and it creates a hole in the wall behind them. Lloyd and Garmadon look back at The Omega fearfully. The Omega jumps up, twirling, and lands near Lloyd, striking him against another wall. Lloyd groans, panting. "Don't just sit there. Get up and fight!"
"Aagh! Unh!" Lloyd shouts angrily and runs at the Omega again, but he swings his staff around, knocking him back through the hole. He crashes into a podium, and the Sword of Sanctuary falls out. He gasps, looking into the sword. "The Sword of Sanctuary. The future is reflected in its blade." Gets up. "Try that again." Flips through the hole, and leaps at the Omega. The Omega throws darkness, wrapping him in it. "Huh?" The Omega throws him into the air and strikes him with the staff against the wall. Groans and slumps down. The Omega tries to do the same with Garmadon. "Guess they don't care much about the future." Rolls over. "I'm getting tired of this."
"You aren't the only one who is getting tired of this." said Nova walking over to Lloyd helping him up.
Garmadon uses his power to push the darkness. "So am I! How did you ever defeat me in the first place?" Garmadon shoves his power into the Omega, and they continue to fight each other. Lloyd runs to the crystal. The Omega turns around and throws his darkness at him, but Lloyd slides underneath, slicing at the darkness, and flips, smashing the Realm Crystal into pieces. Lloyd smiles, landing. "Took you long enough."
"Oh, come on! That was awesome!" said Lloyd.
"It was adequate." said Garmadon.
"Nice going, Lloyd!" Nova cheered with a smile.
"Fool!" The Omega slams the staff on the ground. "The Realm Crystal was merely the key in which we opened the gateway. Destroying it will accomplish nothing."
Lloyd turns to Garmadon. "You said it would stop them!"
"Well I..."
"Well, what?" said Lloyd.
"I thought it would work!" said Garmadon.
"Well, you thought wrong!" said Lloyd as The Omega slams his staff in the ground repeatedly, summoning for the Oni to appear. Oni slowly rise out from the ground, and take their formation.
"Dgjr bmofg pwoq cmal." ("One of you takes the youngling, and brings it back to the others.") said the Omega.
Nova didn't like the sound of that as she took a step back. "Guess I have a bad feeling."
"Maybe we should consider another tactic." Garmadon dashes for the hole, with Nova and Lloyd close behind. Throws his power at the walls repeatedly, while the Oni chases them around. Garmadon throws his power at a wall, but it does not go through all the way.
"What are you waiting for?! Blast a hole into the next vault!" shouted Lloyd.
"There aren't any more vaults! Bedrock. No way through." said Garmadon.
"Just find some fucking way out already!?" shouted Nova.
Lloyd points to the left of them. "Try that wall!" Garmadon blasts at the wall, but it does not break through. The Oni come through the hole they made and slowly approach them. Lloyd runs at them, trying to fight them, but is overwhelmed seconds later, losing the Sword of Sanctuary. Groans. "Aw-unh."
"I want you to know I blame you for all of this." said Garmadon.
Lloyd gets up. "Me?! This is your plan!" Backs up slowly as the Oni approaches them. The Oni then stops coming forward, terrified of the light. "Why aren't they attacking us?" Turns around and looks at the source of the light. Taps Garmadon to take a look.
Nova was standing between the Oni and Lloyd and Garmadon as she was trying to stay away from the light coming from the Armor, while also trying to stay close and away from the Oni.
"The Armor of the Golden Master!" Lloyd takes the armor out and walks toward the Oni holding it out. The Oni backed away, growling in fear. Nova did a bit the same but was trying her best to ignore it. "Point it at the Oni, not at me you fool!" She growled.
"Look at them. They fear it!" said Garmadon.
Lloyd continues shoving the armor in the Onis' faces. "It was forged from the Four Weapons of Spinjitzu. They should!"
"Haha! Back! Nice try!" said Garmadon as the Omega stands on the hole and growls.
Nova noticed some of the oni trying to grab her, so she quickly moved closer to Lloyd even though the armor was affecting her too.
"It's not working too well on that one." Lloyd shoves the armor at the Omega. "Yah!" The Omega blocks the light with his arm and growls.
"Heh. Well enough." said Garmadon.
"Can we just get out of here already!?" shouted Nova as between the light and the oni it was becoming harder for her to choose which side was more safe.
The Omega backs away as Lloyd continues to pursue him with the armor. "You are only delaying the inevitable. More and more of us are coming. We will destroy you!" He turns to Nova. "Djal vmo ern owfhak! pqwe mvlw afio asfjoi!" ("Youngling get away from that light! It will do you more harm than good the longer you stay in it while so young!")
"Hell no! I'm staying with the light!" shouted Nova.
"Not today, you won't!" Lloyd trips over backwards and lets go of the armor. The Omega and the Oni jump through and try to get Lloyd along with Nova.
Nova tried raising her hands and use any of her powers but still nothing was happening. "Are you fucking kidding me right now!?"
Garmadon blocks the Oni with the armor. "Back! Get up!" Lloyd, Nova and Garmadon slowly back out the way they came from, holding the armor out in front of them. "Okay, on three, we run. One, two, three!"
All three sprint for the elevator door. The Oni chase after them, with the darkness snaking up on the walls. Garmadon jumps up to the next, with Lloyd and Nova behind. They all race out the building, with many Oni chasing after them.
Lloyd talks into his radio. "Zane! Nya! Get us out of here! Lower the zip lines. Lower the zip lines!"
"Lloyd, I'm standing by for your extraction. Locking onto your coordinates now!" said Pixal.
"Pix? Where's the Bounty?" Lloyd asked.
"They are attending to a distress call. I remained behind in case of an emergency. I have your coordinates. I'm on my way." Pixal flies towards Lloyd's location.
"No! You can't enter the cloud! We have no idea what it would do to you!" said Lloyd.
"I am a Nindroid. I should be able to withstand the cloud's effects." said Pixal.
"We don't know that!" said Lloyd.
"As you once said, we're about to find out." said Pixal.
"Warning: Fuel levels low. Four percent remaining." said the automated response as Pixal continues to fly toward Lloyd.
*Pixal is flying towards Lloyd, Nova and Garmadon.*
"Warning: Fuel levels low. Three percent remaining." said the automated response.
*Garmadon, Nova and Lloyd run away with the Oni chasing them.*
Lloyd yells in his radio. "Where are you, Pixal?! We need you! Pixal!"
"I am in bound. Brace for extraction. And Lloyd?" said Pixal.
"Yeah." said Lloyd.
"We're only going to get one shot at this. I'm almost out of fuel." said Pixal.
"I understand. We're ready." said Lloyd.
Lloyd, Nova and Garmadon run across a bridge, only to find more Oni running towards them on the other side. The Omega slams his staff down, giving the command to attack. Surrounded by Oni on both sides, they fight. As the Oni close in, they try to attack more violently. Pixal manages to grab Garmadon and Lloyd out of the swarm of Oni. But misses Nova who was in full reach.
"Nova!?" shouted Lloyd as he and Garmadon was flying away.
"Fuck!" shouted Nova as she was now surrounded by Oni, she pointed her blade at them while her back was against the railing of the bridge. "Back off!" She growled as she tried finding herself a way out of this.
"What is a youngling doing out here?" asked one of the Oni.
"Did it sneak out too like the last one?" Another asked.
"Why was it running with the enemy?" asked another Oni.
"Oh no guys, look at it's right eye! The enemy must have hurt it!" said a worried Oni.
Nova was looking around in panic at each Oni that was talking as she tried working on a plan until she remembered her grappling hook. She made a small motion with her clawed hand causing it to switch mode. She looked at some of the buildings until she noticed one close by and aimed her gauntlet, firing her grappling hook catching the building as the Oni turned their attention to what she was doing.
"See ya!" shouted Nova as she began going like spider-man. Sadly she didn't get very far as tentacles grabbed her foot and pulled her back down to the Oni, with the Omega standing in the front.
"That's enough playing around youngling, you were playing a very dangerous game with that armor." said the Omega.
Nova rolled her eye, unlike the other Oni she wasn't showing any respect to the Omega, even if her instincts was telling her too. "I'm not one of your fucking younglings asshole! So I don't fucking care what you think or say." She growled, trying to get herself free from the tentacles that was still holding her upside down in the air by her left foot.
Everyone looked in shock at how she was speaking, yet alone the way she was acting towards their elder. "The enemy must have corrupted her elder." said one of the Oni.
"Bullshit! I'm not fucking corrupted!" Nova growled as she changed her gauntlet back to its blade mode and tried cutting through the tentacles, but her blade was just going through doing nothing.
"Awww come on, first my powers and now just a simple weapon doesn't work!" Nova growled.
"Take the youngling back to the others, I'm pretty sure she has had enough fun for today. Even though it is against our law to let a youngling outside on its own." said the Omega as the tentacles finally went away.
Nova tried going for another run but this time two oni grabbed her and began taking her to where the other younglings were. "....I can't believe I'm saying this, but I would much rather have the Overlord than these guys. At least he wasn't treating me like a child." She thought, crossing her arms pouting like an upset child in the oni's eyes.
*A good fifteen minutes later.*
Nova was getting bored with how they pretty much were dragging her, until she saw the building they had brought her to. "...You guys have gotta be fucking me, you are keeping your younglings inside the Ninjago bank." She said in disbelief as she had been stealing from that place so many times at this point.
The two oni brought Nova inside the bank and towards the vault where the other younglings was staying and just messing around. "Now remember to stay in here youngling, the elder wouldn't like seeing a youngling outside on their own." said one of the oni as they put her down with the others.
The other younglings turned to Nova who had just been brought in.
"Ooo someone just got caught sneaking out, without the adult noticing." said one of the younglings.
"I don't remember seeing her before, and look at that ugly half human form." said another youngling pointing at her.
"Wow guys look she got a scar on her eye, what did she kill to get that?" One of them wondered.
"She smells weird."
"What's that on her arm?"
"Hey guys look what she has here." said a youngling who had just stolen Nova's plushie from where she had been hiding it.
"Ooo a new toy!" cheered a youngling.
"Hey hands off my plushie asshole!" Nova growled and without even thinking about it, she went for the attack by actually biting the one who had stolen her plushie. She has never bitten anyone before.
Soon enough there was nothing but chaos and fighting in the vault between the younglings which for the oni was just them playing around.
Nova was able to get her plushie back and had moved far away from the others to be alone for a bit. "....What just happened....I've never bitten anyone, it has never been a thought of mine and yet....fuck, staying with these guys aren't good for me." She thought.
The other younglings kept on fighting or even stealing from each other, some were even able to use a bit of dark magic on the money that was laying around in the vault.
Nova was for a good while staying in a corner thinking until she had an idea. "I know this bank in and out, even without my powers. And maybe I could try and trick these guys into helping me without knowing they are." She thought before getting up.
Nova cleared her throat before then shouting the worst swear word in the oni language which clearly caught the other younglings attention, as they all stopped and turned to her in a bit of a shock but also in aw.
"Who here wanna try something really fun?" Nova asked with a devilish smile on her face as she really needed to sell this like it was worth a lot.
"Me!"
"I wanna!"
"What kind of fun?"
"Do we get to steal stuff?"
"Can I kill someone?"
"Okay I need to make this believable, the last thing I need is for someone to snitch on me." Nova thought and with a deep breath she looked at the other younglings and only now she noticed she was at least a bit taller than them. For once she wasn't the shortest.
"I know some secret places in this building where we can both steal and break some stuff." said Nova, smiling as she walked towards the entrance to the vault.
The younglings looked at each other. "But we aren't allowed to leave this room, the elder would get upset with us." said one of them.
Nova turned looking over her shoulder with a smirk. "That is if he were to find out. But he wouldn't as it's just us in here by ourselves, without any adults around to ruin the fun." She said.
"Unless you guys are scaredy dragons~" She taunted, which seemed to work as the younglings began following her out of the vault.
"I ain't no scaredy dragon!" said a youngling.
"Me neither" said another.
"I'll show you, I'm the bravest and baddest oni around here!" said another youngling.
Nova giggled a little as she was leading them through the bank pointing out places she knew some workers were keeping candy, broken phones, water and coffee machines.
After making sure everyone was doing their own thing knowing that if you messed too much with any of that stuff, it would cause a lot of chaos which was what the oni very much liked. Making it easier for Nova as she went to the security room and closed the door behind her.
"These guys should have picked a different building, I pretty much know every corner of this one." Nova mumbled as she went on to use her grappling hook, opening the vent at the ceiling. Then there was a sound outside of a glass breaking.
"That might be a little too much chaos, now the adults are probably gonna show up." Nova used her grappling hook once again, and pulled herself up into the vent closing the entrance behind her before she began crawling through the vent system.
It didn't take long for Nova to finally be out of the building smiling as she was now outside. "Now to get out of here." she said using her grappling hook and began swinging from building to building getting better at it.
Nova was swinging around until she noticed the tentacles coming towards her. "Shit!" She looked down and saw that the Omega had seen her and didn't look very happy.
"I aren't going back there again you fool!" shouted Nova as she tried picking up speed with her grappling hook, hoping to get away from the tentacles but she then began seeing the oni was now running after her trying to capture her.
"Aww come on! Not this again!" said Nova but didn't see where she was going and ended up hitting straight into a glass window, breaking it as she was thrown across the floor into a room.
"Owww, that's gonna be my worst landing yet." Nova growled in pain slowly getting up as a few glass shards were stuck into her skin, with purple blood slowly running down. Looking around she noticed she was in the kitchen. "....Why a kitchen, of all places why a kitchen right now." She complained.
It wasn't long until she heard the sound of footsteps of a lot of people running up the building and to where she was.
"I really wish I had my powers right now." Nova mumbled and soon enough the oni had arrived at the room along with the Omega who wasn't pleased.
"Youngling stop playing around, this isn't the place to cause such trouble." said the Omega pointing his staff at her.
Nova looked around the kitchen praying her bad luck was still working at least. Which it did as there was an explosion and soon enough the fridge was shooting ice and knives at the oni, even the stove turned into some kind of bright light causing some of the oni to back away.
"Wow, my bad luck is actually acting as good luck for me!" Nova cheered happily as the kitchen luck was getting worse for the oni every second with four more explosions, at some point a living spoon came out and tackled an oni out of the broken window.
The Omega at this point was getting tired of it and used his dark magic on the whole kitchen, making it go back to normal before then trapping Nova in rope made of darkness.
"You shouldn't be using your unstable powers like that youngling." said the Omega standing in front of her.
"My powers aren't unstable, you dragonhead!" Nova growled at him getting more pissed off, and for a moment she was surrounded by a light purple glow even though it was faint.
The oni looked around in shock that she would use such a word on their elder.
The Omega narrowed his eyes at her before bonking her head with his staff. "Language child, now that playtime is over how about we treat those injuries along with that eye."
Nova didn't like any of them being anywhere near her, so she tried moving away while tied up but she didn't get far. As the Omega placed a hand on her shoulder. "Don't move child, it will only make it worse."
"I don't need your fucking help!" shouted Nova before she got surrounded by darkness as the Omega was using his magic to treat her injuries. Even her right eye which hurt like hell as she was screaming in pain.
When the darkness finally went away the pain was finally gone, but it had taken a lot of energy out of her as she fell to the floor.
"Take her back to the other younglings again, and keep an extra eye on her. As she seems like a very rebellious child." said the Omega.
Nova growled weakly as she opened her left eye but then also her right eye, and to her surprise her vision was a lot better with both eyes. Turning her head a bit she was able to catch a reflection of her face, she still had a scar over her right eye but she now had her right eye back ".....Wha-how did you do that?" She asked.
"Dark magic can do a lot of things my child. If you behave well I might even teach you how to control your unstable powers." said the Omega.
Nova wasn't sure how to answer that, she knew she needed to get out of here and back to the others but getting help from the Omega with her powers would be very helpful. "...Maybe I could delay them, giving the ninja more time....And even find Cole....if possible." She thought but wasn't sure.
As she seemed a bit more calm than before the oni was able to take her without much trouble, and began taking her back to the bank where the other younglings where at.
