Synopsis
Ever wondered what happens when a Beta stops playing nice? Krishna Debonair didn’t ask to be born into Country X’s richest, most scandal-averse Alpha family. Illegitimate, unclaimed, and treated like a family PR disaster, she’s spent years minding her own business… mostly. But now? She’s bored. She’s pissed. And she’s done pretending to care about their fragile egos. Her new hobby? Breaking arrogant Alphas. Ripping their pride apart, flipping their power games upside down, and reminding them that no title, scent, or social status can protect them from her mood swings. First it was a loudmouth Alpha at the train station. Then came Aaron Triton, rich, cocky, always in heat, and now? He’s happily kneeling at her feet like the overgrown lapdog he swore he’d never become. And when Lucius Vale, a cold, untouchable Alpha board member with too much pride and too little sense, decides to pick a fight? Krishna gives him exactly what he asked for. Public humiliation. Corporate warfare. Sleepless nights wondering how a Beta with bad sleep habits and a worse attitude is outplaying him at every turn. They want her gone. They want her silenced. But Krishna? She’s too busy making a mess, and turning every Alpha that crosses her path into her next regret. One slap at a time.

Chapter 1 - I Don't Wanna be Viral!

Ever wondered why life feels so boring?

That's because you chose not to cause a storm…

Even when you had every chance, every weapon, and every excuse to do so.

You can argue all day long, scream "No, I didn't choose this!"

But deep down? You did.

You picked fake peace over real freedom.

And now here you are, crying, acting like some tragic little victim of your own making.

Spare me the drama, dear.

I don't need you collapsing at me right now, breathing heavy like you're gasping after escaping some apocalypse.

There's no such thing as "trying" when it comes to surviving.

You either do, or you don't.

You either choose, or life will happily choose for you—and trust me, life's choices are way crueler than yours could ever be.

So wake up.

I'm not here to cradle your broken feelings or write your happy ending.

I'm here to snap you out of your pity party and slam reality right between your eyes.

---

The television screen flickered, static humming for half a second, before Krishna clicked it off with an irritated sigh.

Remote down. Slouch back. Arms crossed.

There she was. Again.

Her face. Her voice. Her infamous attitude playing on national TV, on loop like some bad reality show she never signed up for.

She never meant to go viral.

Honestly? She hated the whole public figure nonsense.

But all it took was one bad day…

One train platform.

One misbehaving Alpha.

One crying Omega.

And one very, very fed-up Beta named Krishna Debonair.

It started just like any other cursed afternoon.

She stood there, waiting for her train, earbuds in, zoning out.

Then the fight broke out.

An Alpha and an Omega, both male, both loud, both dramatic.

The Alpha? The usual type: tall, cocky, drenched in entitlement.

And worst of all? He started leaking his pheromones.

In public.

Absolute taboo.

There are posters, digital reminders, PSAs, hell, even automated station announcements, screaming at people not to leak their damn scents.

But here he was… pouring Alpha dominance into the air like some over-sprayed cologne from a cheap bottle.

The Omegas nearby reacted first.

Some froze, others trembled.

The weaker ones? Already going soft in the knees.

Krishna?

Nada.

Perks of being a Beta.

No reactions. No flustered moments. No scent-triggered meltdowns.

Just pure, unaffected irritation.

She shoved her hands in her jacket pockets and walked toward them.

The air? Thick as soup.

Omegas struggling to breathe, fighting the heat curling at their skin.

Then—

THUD.

Her palm met the Alpha's cheek like a brick wall wearing lip gloss.

His head snapped sideways, shocked, brows furrowing in disbelief.

He turned back toward her, and instead of stopping, he amped it up, his pheromones flaring like a challenge.

Big mistake.

THUD.

Her second slap? Way harder.

Enough to make even bystanders flinch.

Enough to slap the pheromones clean out of the air.

Instant relief.

The air cleared like magic.

But the damage? Already done.

Omegas on the floor, flushed, some curling up, some full-on in heat.

And his so-called "mate"? Lying there… hand down his pants… already lost to the haze.

Disgusting.

"What the hell?!" the Alpha roared, staggering back toward her like a wounded animal ready to bite.

Krishna pulled her hair into a messy bun, sighed long like she was clocking into overtime, and helped the collapsed Omega off the floor.

From her jacket pocket came a resistance pill - expensive stuff - slipped right between the Omega's trembling lips.

His breathing slowly evened out.

And now… back to business.

Rolling up both sleeves, she stalked toward the Alpha.

One slow, deliberate step at a time.

She tilted her cap back, leaning just close enough for him to see the fire in her eyes.

He snatched the cap clean off her head---

And froze.

Oh… that face.

Not classic beauty. Not soft.

But fierce. Bold.

Charisma sharp enough to cut glass.

Born from scandal and illegitimacy, sure.

A Beta in a pure Alpha bloodline? Absolutely.

But Krishna?

She never cared for their labels.

And this Alpha?

He was already hooked.

She rose on tiptoe, pressed herself against his side just enough to make him aware of every soft curve she possessed.

Played her fingertip across his chest…

Paused…

Then gave one sharp pinch right where his muscle twitched under her touch.

"You know what's pathetic?" she whispered, low and dangerous. "That someone like you thinks being an Alpha is some golden ticket to being a jackass in public."

He opened his mouth to argue.

She didn't let him.

"You're a walking lawsuit, darling. Look at the mess you made. The medical bills alone… whew."

With a practiced flick of her wrist, she slid her card into his jacket pocket like she was giving him her number.

"Call me. We'll settle the bill."

Turning to the Omega, she gave him a half-hearted shoulder pat, followed by one of her signature, wicked glares.

Pity? Not her style.

Sympathy? Overrated.

Annoyance? Perpetual.

By the next morning, the entire incident was online.

Captioned:

"How can a Beta be this heartless?"

Krishna watched it circulate like wildfire.

And honestly?

Not her problem.

Her phone buzzed.

Father Dearest.

Again.

This time?

No more dodging.

She picked up.

"KRISHNA DEBONAIR!"

There it was.

The voice that rattled her bones and cracked ceilings.

"Hey, Dad. What's up?" she replied, way too cheerful for his liking.

"What's up?! What's up, she says! I'm here choking on my lunch watching your face plastered all over the news AGAIN! Can't I go one day without hearing your name dragged through some scandal?"

"Relax, Dad. Stress isn't good for your blood pressure. You know I worry about you."

"My blood pressure's fine! It's you I'm worried about! You'll send me to an early grave!"

She grinned.

"Then I guess I'm just living up to expectations."

"You didn't physically beat him, sure… but the girl pinched his---"

Krishna heard papers rustling in the background.

"---his nipple, Krishna?! The comments are vile!"

"Well, would you prefer I sat back and applauded him? He was leaking pheromones like a fire hydrant mid-July! What was I supposed to do? Let him keep spraying everyone like some untrained dog?"

Silence.

One point for Krishna.

Dad hated when she made sense.

She took her chance for a dramatic closer.

"You know, growing up, tiptoeing around your precious Alpha sons and your sweet little Alpha daughter… all while being your one and only Beta embarrassment? Yeah… I think I turned out fine, all things considered."

Before he could shoot back, she hung up.

For dramatic flair, of course.

Let him stew.

Maybe buy her something out of guilt.

Living lazy…
