MEMORY REDACTED

SYNOPSIS--->

In the digital age, information is a weapon. But in a hyper-connected world, there's one weapon even more dangerous: human memory.

An elite CIA team—internally known as Unit Helix—is formed to face a threat unlike any other: biotechnological memory manipulation. Not just memory erasure, but the selective, systematic, and undetectable rewriting of a person's past.

Each of the five operatives brings unique skills—and conflicting histories:

Caleb Vaughn (38) — a seasoned CIA field operative with a bloody past in Afghanistan and the Balkans. Once the leader of a covert kill team, he's been pulled out of semi-retirement for one reason: he's the last known person to have met the scientist behind the memory tech... and he remembers nothing.

Jesse Lorne (29) — a tactical analyst with a near-superhuman intellect and mild savant syndrome. He can recall thousands of faces and data points—but can't read emotional cues to save his life.

Tyler Reeve (25) — a former deep-cover operative who infiltrated criminal organizations across the dark web. Master of deception and improvisation—yet no one, not even the CIA, knows his true identity.

Mina Ashford (25) — a psychologist and interrogation expert, trained in neural recall and memory reconstruction. She can "read" minds using a hybrid of hypnosis and neurotech—unless the memory was engineered to mislead her.

Ayla Rivera (24) — the youngest recruit in the division, and a nanotech prodigy. She invented a neural earpiece capable of detecting real-time brainwave deception in the field.

Their mission begins when a CIA agent inexplicably shoots his superior during a morning briefing—and then turns the gun on himself. He had no motive, no warning signs—and no memory of why.

Soon, Helix uncovers a pattern: over sixty operatives in the past year have betrayed the Agency, sabotaged missions, or defected—without realizing they had done so.

All signs point to a black project the CIA shut down ten years ago: Project Palimpsest—an attempt to create agents who could carry classified intel in their heads, then forget it until activated.

The catch? One of the five Helix agents... was part of the experiment.

They just don't remember.

Now, Unit Helix must expose a conspiracy buried within the CIA itself—while questioning whether their own memories are still real… or if their lives were rewritten.

And one final message from the missing scientist echoes like a ghost in the machine:

"Memory is the final spy."
