Zhou Haoyu glanced at the people lined up ahead. These individuals, like him, were here to undergo their magic awakening.
In front of the queue was a small cylindrical platform, about a meter tall.

This person was a professional Awakener, specially invited by the clan head from the Imperial Capital Magic Association. The Awakening Stone was uniformly regulated by the Magic Association.

The Awakener said no more and quickly arranged the Guiding Stones around the Awakening Stone.
"You may begin," the Awakener said to Zhou Haoyu.
Zhou Haoyu nodded and placed his hand on the Awakening Stone, closing his eyes to enter the spiritual realm.
Zhou Hong, standing beside him, kept his eyes fixed on the Awakening Stone's reaction. If Zhou Haoyu could awaken the Summoning Element, then more resources could be allocated to him, and even a Contract Beast could be arranged in advance.
Before long, the Awakening Stone began to emit a dazzling violet light. The entire room was bathed in this purple glow.

Before crossing over, Zhou Haoyu had at least been something of a bookworm, so he quickly pieced together what was going on.
This treasure chest was clearly his cheat his golden finger, a standard issue for any transmigrator.
Without the reward from the chest, he would've only awakened the Lightning Element. But after obtaining the treasure chest's gift, he experienced a secondary awakening into the Space Element.
That was what led Zhou Hong and the Awakener to mistakenly assume he had innate dual elements.
Moreover, the reward wasn't as simple as just awakening Space.

That meant the Space Element was likely just a byproduct.

Once Zhou Haoyu came back to his senses, Zhou Hong pulled out a brand-new Stardust Magic Tool and handed it to him.
Unlike other types of talent, innate dual elements had an obvious drawback more time was required for cultivation.
A Basic-level mage only needed to cultivate one element, but Zhou Haoyu had to cultivate two. One of them was even the notoriously difficult Space Element!
If the best training resources couldn't be arranged, it might actually drag down Zhou Haoyu's potential.
