Silver Sword Essence- In this stage, he could condense a core in all seventy-one meridians, then merge the smaller seventy-two cores into each of the nine main meridians.
Once all nine main meridians bear the cores, he could reach the peak of the Core Formation Realm.
In this stage, he could finally transform his normal spiritual energy into Silver Essence and store Silver Essence in these cores necessary for the future realm.
Golden Sword Essence- In this stage, he would need to put each core into the dantian and explode them.
The violent energy had a high chance of breaking the dantian, but not if the energy itself could strengthen the Dantian.
Silver Essence could strengthen the energy after each explosion, and the core parts remained in the middle.
After all nine explosions, those remaining parts were combined to reach the next realm. Hence, this realm was called the Exploding Core Realm.
Once the Dantian was stronger, he could transform spiritual energy into Golden Essence and store it inside the Dantian, the strongest essence among all others.
Only the Dantian enhanced by Silver Essence could hold it.
Tyler was very aware of the cultivation realms.
Energy Refinement, Foundation Establishment, Core Formation, Exploding Core, Golden Core, Law Condensing, and finally Nascent Soul Realm.
